About the Partially blocked BOV, it was a plate bolted inbetween where the BOV is bolted onto the return cooler pipe. It was a steel half mm thick plate with a 5-10mm hole in it, for some reason was making the BOV open at werid times under different throttle positions, thus causing the AFR to f**k up. I was at the dyno when my tuner did a run with it in then took it out and Fark me, 30rwkw increase with a 10min retune. Maybe where it was bolted in it was leaking, that could also been a possibility but check to be sure! a plate that prob cost 50c cost me 1k in tuning time. but it doesnt make the Tututututu noises anymore lol

was the tuner toshi? I had a similar problem when he tuned my car... couldnt get it running right, was leaning out massively, he did a tune for me after 9hrs of stuffing around and it was worse than stock.. and reckoned it was the fuel pump.. that was new that i installed 2 weeks earlier. Turned out it was a partically blocked BOV that caused all my leaning out issues.

i noticed straight away more mid range torque, and a freed up top end. Also was consistently faster.. with the SMIC it would be ok if i hit it a few times but after that you could tell it was heat soaked. I installed a Return flow fmic and noticed no difference in lag tbh.. Fuel economy was terrible though, 250km to a tank untuned, The smell the car made was nice though haha

Ive had a Nistune tune done at MRC in Castle hill, had no problems car still runs very well it was also $1100 install and tune.

we got at the meet point and then checked here and saw it was canceled weather on the way home was seriously terrible! Saw a few cars there, cruised with BOO5TN i think it was on the way there..

its good, but only the second Dyno graph which the boost is set at 24psi! Im looking for a Turbo like this one, but only pushing out 15-17psi, 200rwkw at 4Krpm 260rwkw max. thats this one but i dont want to be putting 24psi to be making it.

The R31, but the lancer was been werid just holding back behind the other guy right on his bumper, or in the middle lane, not sure which, but only a car lenght back, i didnt think much of it at the time, i just thought the lancer wanted to run aswell. the road is 3 lanes and 80km/h, we were doing 100 and after abit of baiting from me the R31 guy just hammered it off down the road, i was laughing my head off watching him go himself and then the lancer went for it, easily hit 150 then the lancer put his lights on and the guy pulled over. The guy in the R31 prob thinks im a cop lol Just so lucky i didnt hit it and run him!

Correct, it wasnt hwy patrol, car didnt have tint or anything, cause i was along side him and didnt notice anything werid apart from the fact a new base lancer wanted to race, i thought it was pretty funny, but it was a cop... the guy in the R31 must have shat himself! i couldnt believe it either, but its a true story. Happened 3 weeks ago on a wednesday night.

on the eastern distributor a few weeks ago i had a R31 skyline and a stock new lancer trying to race me at 1am in the morning.. Admittedly i baited the R31 into a race then as he went, i let him and the lancer go for it, they hit i reckon about 140-150... Lights lit up on the lancer (was undercover) and the R31 got done hard! i just cruised past and went on my way
