  5. Im still not a believer of such setups. One dude in FI has something similar ATM ("STS" thread)... But with ALL that extra pipe work, there MUST be some delay & lag on that set-up over conventional stuff. Also add in the extra weight, weight balance all that pipe would come into etc etc. I think the fact they all usually do it with resonable cube V8's kinda negates it a bit - but you can hear from the video how long the turbos take to get on song Hence, i ain't convinced. Very sexy car though.
  6. Oil ETC = restriction if there is a bit in the cooler. Also heats up over time etc.
  7. Clearly GT-SS's were chosen with response in mind - 330rwkw/PULP 380rwkw/E85 Now.. why on EARTH would be pick 450rwkw/PULP of turbo if he is chasing response, and on a 2.6l? Silly suggestion, no extra 'security', just a whole lotta lag.

  10. some clubs motorsport calendars won't yet be finalized. usually end of Nov people get an idea of what sprints are when. we have not heard bout the WRX one yet that forms our championship. not sure if PIARC etc have posted yet, check their website would be my recommendation
  11. pretty much as above. as plenty of threads have... leewah made over 600rwkw ob stock BOV at i believe 30+psi. so no issue. as for ITB, arguable on the factor of cost its no fken cheap to do for the gains. IMO not worth going there till well over 350rwkw which rules out most setups.

  14. thing is, people don't and any edit required, usually takes 20 sec or less as its direct text replacement i don't think half the people complaining in this thread have even reported something once yes its an inconvenient thing for some, however by andlarge edits most of the time simply aren't required as much as people would allude 1/the reported posts i get is to simply lock a sold'item thread, which users never had access to do anyway.
  15. my car smells like a refinery on a hot day ill find out the brand of lines a friend used in some cars, it wasn't teflon, and didn't smell one iota. will advise when i find it.

  18. you wouldn't think that would do it... not id it makes the power straight up. sounds like heat soak starting so as said above... airbox or pods? also, what cooler setup? have you tested inlet temps?

  21. R32/300ZX - both old and aged examples IMO neither will be better as it sounds like you don't wanna spend too much coin... Which means you wont be spending over 20k - as IMO, to get a DECENT R32 GTR that is clean on bodywork (so a respray), has had some maint done on it (undercarriage bushes, mounts etc) then well... You'll just be buying a clapped out one. 300ZX's are half the price of a decent R32 GTR

I've not seen that on my own car with a factory return style intake. well by losing "0.5psi" you are actually losing power, as its a restriction. So you did...
