  1. Sounds like these kents might actually be able to keep up with us pigman!
  2. So apparently your systems dont run out of water or methanol? Spraying water and methanol into your motor has no detrimental effect on oil either? Simple questions really. Answer them! If you knew anything about E85 you'd know there would be sweet fark all difference between an E85 & E49.5 tune. Since you're talking about road cars are you really gunna feel 15kw difference up top on the street? Highly farkin unlikely kent! Go scrape some water outta the gutter you're laying in then jump on ya jizzphone to find some methanol to fill ya plastic tanks up so you can run high boost! Take ya clunky Syvecs ECU's and ya aquamist plastic tanks and fark off! For shits and giggles heres a google search.. Yep Methanol is readily available in Sydney ?
  3. Lol at this guy selling stuff! ^^^ Better tell all the WTAC guys that water injection is the ultimate? Maybe the V8 supercabs are doing it wrong also?
  4. Lol! E85 is no nightmare at all. Get your fuel supply right and there are no head farks? WMI is way more of a headache from a tuning perspective to buying methanol and filling up multiple tanks, sensors etc. Then more variables and things to go wrong. Generally speaking in most cities E85 is readily available at the pump. Fill your tank and GO. Thats it! Whats methanol worth a litre? $3 or so?
  5. So just bolt a set of 5s on mate and be done with it?? Whats the attraction of billet? As has been said numerous times there is not enough turbine to drive a billet wheel efficiently. But dont expect them or any twin turbo setup to last long with 600hp as you will simply cook them running them WAAAY out of their efficiency range.
  6. You must have lots of money to burn? How many attemts will you have? You wont find a combination that works because there quite simply isn't one!
  7. Just realized its taking almost 2 seconds to come onto target boost pressure between gears.... Thats TERRIBLE! I dont wanna be sounding like a complete cock here. But i do appreciate the effort you are going to and sharing all your data. These are the things that help people make informed decisions about setting their cars up. But i think you need to look at your data and how many times you have fallen short of your goals and cut your losses and bolt on a nice manifold and single and enjoy your car!
  8. Frakzz just give up on the twins mate you're wasting your money and time. Put 1 turbo on it that will meet your goals it will make the power it will be far more responsive and make for a more reliable healthy engine if you choose an appropriate sized turbine housing. Chase your tail on every possible wheel combination possible THEY WILL ALL FAIL! Why not just spend that money on a nice single so you dont have to keep pulling turbos on and off and paying to have them machined, retuning and dyno time etc. Its gunna be more fun to drive, will actually be running instead of living on a hoist & did i mention will be more responsive?? JOB DONE!
  9. Come on dude ya shooting low looking to pick on old dirty -5 GTR's. Stock turbo Evo on E85 is chopping that junk ?
  10. Hopefully the SR handles the Alcohol better than the owner ? 1 rare breed and the grass was looking comfortable ?
  11. ITB's are the ONLY good thing about RB26's lol! KEEP THEM! Big single throttle plenums make 26's even doughier than they already are!
  12. Price drop $11K ono need to move this thing on!
  13. It still belts the 5s any which way you look at it ? Its 7lb bigger than the 5s too so the most impressive thing is the 80kw in the middle. Not just the top end number it kills it from the basement to redline.. Another interesting thing is that it looks like the gains would probably be better to just going to a single EFR than using v cam to try getting the twins on song sooner. Even so you dont get the killer throttle response or how quick the EFR stands up on the street. More power everywhere and its also alot smoother and linear power delivery than the twins. So another win if you are on track as there really is no "hot spot" even if you apply half throttle its not gunna give you 90% of your power like the twins do. You only need half power for a turn? Apply half throttle and thats all you get! Piggies car actually made 240kw at half throttle outta the 486kw he made on the dyno. No other turbos do that to my knowledge?
  14. Sweet thanks for clearing that up ? So lets call it "on par" you're at about 160kw at 4000.. The 8374 is at about 240kw at 4000?? 80kw through the middle with 60kw up top. Thats quite alot more power EVERYWHERE! Plus all those nice things EFR delivers that the dynosheet doesn't show...
  15. As the pig said thats also the same v cam and rolling road not hub dyno like the -5 result. So theres a possibility that its a "higher reading" vs the rollers.
  16. Heres a better more fair comparison Pete. Heres Reapers old graph. Its 8374 1.05 with V cam and stock 2.6L as a comparison.
  17. Your car would belt the 5s just like every other back to back 5s vs 8374. Plus a run in tune would be low on timing I'd like to think which should fatten up the middle a bit more. V cam on your car would probably just induce surge. With the hi comp and .92 it wouldn't need any help getting it spooling! Piggies car would start surging on the dyno as low as 2800rpm. So even if it had v cam on it, you couldn’t move the intake cam anyways.
