i've seen your car in person when he was selling it as a shell. and he did live in melton also. i'm sure that has changed by now though. the car was also in his backyard there too.

As member of vic pol I would love to help. If investigator not updating you on state of investigation PM me so I can contact them on your behalf and try to find out what is going on. Obviously this man is known to police as stated earlier warrants on him. I can't confrim that but if so he will be arrested on site when checked. Obiviously all avenues to track him down would be looked into. With regarding your car your shell Vin/Chassis number would be recorded as stolen so if police or Vic Roads come in contact with it you will be informed and returned to you same with engine. In relation to your modifications though it would be very unlikely to get them back unless located under search warrant at address where offender is. If stripped and sold almost impossible to track down as no recored id numbers as such. Good luck with it all.
