best feeling and good nite sleep

Thing is, I'm just working based on the look.... I still havent even weighed myself for before/after comparison.

I still eat the same as I used to, just much less soft drinks and usually just light breakfast and lunch only, no dinner.

Your not really eating the same if you've changed what your eating are you? ;)

Keep up to good work and all your wildest fantasies will come true!!!! :sorcerer:

IMHO this is not a good strategy. You should eat at least three meals a day to keep your metabolism bubbling along. If you have large breaks between meals, your body starts to slow your metabolism and stores as much energy as it can in anticipation of the drought period (ie. from lunch to breakfast the next day). I think you are better off having a light dinner than no dinner at all.

Too true.

A friend of mine used to work for Jenny's and straight up told me to stop skimping breakfast, even overweight and having trouble walking at all due to the injury.

I was told to have a bowl of decent cereal, 2 pieces of toast and I could still have my coffee, a couple of pieces of fruit and a smaller lunch. It's helped a lot already with a 5kg drop and no exercise at that time, while eating effectively more every day. Now I'm increasing activity, slowly so as not to re-injure the back, and that should start the metabolism working properly again.

A lot different to the diet I was on with AIS but I was a lot more active, with my body demanding certain things. I even had the urge after months of really good eating and minimal fats to eat the evil KFC. Rode through the drive through on the treddly after a 120km training day (always carry cash and a phonecard!!). My dietician at AIS said it was fine when the urge is really strong as long as not too often.

A guy calls a company and orders their 5-day, 10 lb.

weight loss program. The next day, there's a knock on the door

and there stands before him a voluptuous, athletic, 19 year old babe

dressed in nothing but a pair of Nike running shoes and a sign round her

neck. She introduces herself as a representative of the weight

loss company.

The sign reads: If you can catch me, you can have me.

Without a second thought, he takes off after her. A few miles later,

huffing and puffing, he finally catches her and has his way with her.

The same girl shows up for the next four days and the

same thing happens. On the fifth day, he weighs himself and is

delighted to find he has lost 10 lb. as promised.

He then calls the company and orders their 5-day/20

pound program. The next day there's a knock at the door and there stands

the most stunning, beautiful, sexy woman he has ever seen in his life.

She is wearing nothing but Reebok running shoes and a sign around

her neck that reads: If you catch me you can have me.

Well, he's out the door after her like a shot! This

girl is in excellent shape and it takes him a while to catch her; but when

he does, it's definitely worth every muscle cramp and wheeze, so

for the next four days, the same routine happens. Much to his delight,

on the fifth day he weighs himself only to discover that he has lost

another 20 lb. as promised.

He decides to go for broke and calls the company to

order the 7-day/50 pound program. "Are you sure?" asks the

representative on the phone "This is our most rigorous program."

"Absolutely," he replies, "I haven't felt this good n years."

The next day there's a knock at the door; and when he

opens it he finds this huge, muscular, 7ft man standing there wearing

nothing but pink running shoes and a sign around his neck that read:

I'm Francis. If I catch you, you're mine...

    • Ah! I actually managed to snag a lightly used set.... that aren't so suitable for me right now. They don't work on a GTT without some cutting or creative heat moulding. I thought about reselling them myself cause I didn't want to murder them, but it looks like I'm probably going to attempt to murder them/melt them because I may as well. @GTSBoy @PranK can somebody close this thread?
    • Hey mate,  I have a set, one is slightly damaged but wont be noticable once installed.  Shoot me a message if your still after them
    • I couldn't wait But, the black constant tension hose clamps were too thick and there wasn't enough clearance at the T/B and I couldn't get it to seat properly, so I had use a silver one there I also added some 3" silicone over the alloy bit that goes through to hole on the radiator support as it looked like it was sitting on the edge of the hole in the radiator support, I never noticed a rattle or anything, but there was a witness mark It is basicly done, and I can live with the silver hose clamp at the T/B, I will get a black clamp for the head vent though where it is attached to the bulkhead fitting  It never stops...LOL, only issue now with the shock tower brace is it slightly touches the under bonnet liner now, if I leave it it will either wear some paint off the brace where it touches, or damage the liner, so I removed the liner to see what I have to work with, with the liner removed I have about 20mm of clearance, but sadly the middle part of the underside of the bonnet is only dusted with paint and looks crap, so I cannot have that, but.... as I have a roll of Carbuilders premium under bonnet insulation in the garage laying around that is only 5.5mm thick (we were going to use it on the boys Patrol, but he crashed the front of it a few months and it was written off, hence why he now drives my old Honda Accord Euro), I'll use the OEM liner as a template and get the Carbuilders stuff fitted up to cover that dusted paint up
    • You have a knack for photography my friend. It makes the 86 look like a complete bucket. The 34 went with you to Europe and back. It's special. (we all feel the same about our 'shitboxes' that every bystander seems to absolutely love)
