I received an abbreviated BSB also, but I think it's 06 in front of the BSB for CBA.

yeah thats it! the 06 is just the code for AUSTRALIA.... i had one guy have problems getting it in, so i ausmed it was because i added the 06 area code in!!!! but yeah the full BSB number is::

06 4403

Japan has just got the order list from Kezza.
