If it was up to me, Id serve justice the old Alabama and Texas way... i dunno man...maybe im just a sicko....but if I had control of the whole situation id like to play with their minds a bit first, then introduce a bit of torture (not really do the torture, but make sure they see the equipment so that they get scared)...then stick them in a cell surrounded by waste (like shit), then play more with their minds, do a bit more torture (again no real torture but just to scare them), then find out how they like the consequences of their actions. Once they reply with tears down their cheeks and beg for mercy, id say "too late buddy, ur in here for life". If they ask whether or not they will be tortured, Id just reply: "yes, but you wont be told when - we will just come and drag you one day/night/morning".... Hanging or lethal injection means the criminal wins (in a matter of speaking). They will be scared - but it will only be for like 5 - 10 minutes before the actual sentence is carried out. there are some countries where the prison officers target the prisoners nails - so like snapping off the whole nail.......thats way too much. I reckon, just scare them a bit, thats punishment enough. To an extent i dont agree with the disregarding Aus law. On the side of yeah he killed people, i say bring back the death penalty. But until that time you gotta go on how it is at the moment in this fine land. See, i could stab 2-3 people and get less of a sentence than this bloke without a doubt because the media wouldnt sensationalise it to the extent if it was say out in the suburbs somewhere. It is any less of a crime? No, i killed people in cold blood. BUT, because this stopped the city, because was a member of the Hells Angels etc etc I just dont think he will get as fair of a trail as someone who hasnt gone through the bullshit that is the Australian media. By no means do my comments mean that i agree with whats happened and that its "just". Its now, that he wont recieve a "just" trial as others before him have been entitled too. Maybe i have a different view of things as tends to happen. Wallan is gona boom now its famous A whole 10 min drive from Hells Angels in Thomastown funnily enough My car was parked out the front last night til I could pick it up.. safest place for it since there's cameras there.. It did seem like there were people inside but it was pretty quiet. Anyhoo you'd think it would be the first place they would check, but I haven't seen any action there in the last 3 days... I sorta agree with lethal injections.. but then if you ended up in jail for something you didn't do, it wouldn't be great then. I just don't think we as taxpayers should have to pay for foxtel, meals and a cushy life for criminals. Jails are absolutely full of drugs too, which is pathetic. You gotta remember that his past criminal activities have left a trail of bloodshed already, so he will not only be charged for one count first degree murder, wounding two people with a Glock pistol... he also did so much crime in the past (shooting at police cars, shooting at a truck factory, fighting between rival bikie gangs etc) Im not even going to start mentioning how much money he tried stealing and or stole... Like I said, people like him should be isolated from the public for life. Seriously, I think people who bash the crap out of women are the lowest of the low, but he then finds new levels of lunacy by shooting a guy who wanted to help her out. Of course, now we'll hear about a troubled childhood and a life of gangs and stuff. 0% sympathy from me. I've seen people with really sh!tty backgrounds turn out much better than this guy. For treating a woman like that and then robbing a family (incl 3 young kids) of a father. Sad reality is that he might get 10-12yrs. The bikies should be wiped out by the cops as they are no Angels. Should also consider the cost to melb retail stores for being forced to clsoe for hours whilst this knob was possily still at large in the city.
