Same :) And I got woken up at 7:30 to take my sister to work... wtf :|

the 34 is at the insurance assessors atm. I get told how bad it is on monday.

Have seen many Skylines in the Springfield and Lakes area. Was one involved in the accident on Friday night??

Also, spotted a wine red R32 GTR on Granard Rd and I followed it all the way to Ipswich Road.

what the hell was so important on saturday morning? i saw rice EVERYWHERE, too many plates to remember

I was moving house in a shitbox smoky truck with a cage, and driving down the freeway there's a silver 32 gtr with a baby seat in the front (lol) following me for a while. Then on a return trip down on the southside (springwood/slacks creek etc) spotted a black 33 gtr as well (i think that was the black 33 with the girl driving, meh), and oh my god i just lost count. Skylines, silvias, *fully* riced up supras (i likey), and i was driving a piece of crap truck :P

Spotted AIN40 (i think that was the plate)

Gunmeatal grey R32 on Logan road on Thursday 6ish i was in 51PRY...

and then i spotted you again on Friday night on Logan Road..

only this time i was in RDY60..

Spotted IIR33 near Chermside/Aspley at about 11am today...

I waved and recieved a wave back... Great to see a nice clean White R33 out and about...

Yeah Col thought it was you, ur car really stands out sounds good to.

ouch, Next time ur coming from that round about, look down at the ground, u will see my burnout starting in the middle of the road, leading into our section :P:D

I'll have to remember to look when I get home. Just don't do it on weeknights, some of us have to work in the morning and that roundabout is bad enough as it is

Got the call from the insurance company today too. $10,338 worth of damage. And it will take at least a couple of weeks to get the parts in from Japan (seriously, whatever happened to overnight parts from Japan???) .

Spotted white 34 JDM**, I think her name is Samantha on Middle Rd aound midday. Waved but not sure if i got one back. I was driving round like a space cadet after Good Vibrations last night.......

Spotted in bowen hills, two doors down from work, one mean looking four door 34. green paint, stickers and some massive dish wheels. took a couple of quick photos, but don't have my data cable to post them up.

    • Well the install is officially done. Filled with fluid and bled it today, but didn't get a chance to take it on a test drive. I'll throw some final pics of the lines and whatnot but you can definitely install a DMAX rack in an R33 with pretty minor mods. I think the only other thing I had to do that isn't documented here is grind a bit of the larger banjo fitting to get it to clear since the banjos are grouped much tighter on the DMAX rack. Also the dust boots from a R33 do not fit either fyi, so if you end up doing this install for whatever reason you'll need to grab those too. One caveat with buying the S15 dust boots however is that the clamps are too small to fit on the R33 inner tie rod since they're much thicker so keep the old clamps around. The boots also twist a bit when adjusting toe but it's not a big deal. No issues or leaks so far, steering feels good and it looks like there's a bit more lock now than I had before. Getting an alignment on Saturday so I'll see how it feels then but seems like it'll be good to go
    • I don't get in here much anymore but I can help you with this.   The hole is a vent (air relief) for the brake proportioning valve, which is built into the master cylinder.    The bad news is that if brake fluid is leaking from that hole then it's getting past the proportioning valve seals.   The really bad news is that no spare parts are available for the proportioning valve either from Nissan or after market.     It's a bit of a PITA getting the proportioning valve out of the master cylinder body anyway but, fortunately, leaks from that area are rare in my experience. BTW, if those are copper (as such) brake lines you should get rid of them.    Bundy (steel) tube is a far better choice (and legal  in Australia - if that's where you are).
    • EMU Classic. For what I need it to do I see no reason to upgrade. Link and Haltech would both cost an extra chunk of money for a lot of unutilized features
