spotted new gtr yesterday in southport mall bluey grey?

i was looking at his and he was looking at mine(no homo) :ermm:

wonder if he wanted to swap?

Well he should have bought a real Skyline in the first place then.

Spotted a silver 4 door 33 today in Hawdon St, Windsor/The Grange, and a black 34 with a white front bar drove past me while I was walking up Kedron Brook Rd.

Also a white 32 this morning sitting next to me in traffic on Webster Road... think I may have seen that car last Friday as well.

To the wanker P plater in the silver R34 this evening coming through Bracken Ridge onto the gateway highway.

I was not attempting to race you, i was running late for a function and was trying to get there on time, so racing up and then getting infront of me coming onto the highway was not you winning, also the half-arsed clutch kick on the on-ramp to the highway was not only pathetic but was also insanely stupid thing to do.

WARNING

to anyone in an skyline/ import around the broad beach area

there is a fat c/nt in a gold v8 statesman vt/vx model?

that likes to try to run you off the road im not sure why?

he sat on my arse for bout 1km then tried to pull up beside and merge into side

of me i booted it leaving him standing and turned then he was there again close enough i could not see his headlights

i pulled off onto the shoulder and he flew by swerving at me then pulled over and jumped out car waving his fists in anger :) as i boosted past :(

this guy is clearly a fu*ing idiot

he is a big fat terd wearing a blue collared work shirt very similar to a cabbie or bus drivers shirt

if you see him up your arse just get out the way

he does not appear to give a shit about his car or anyone Else's

if i did not have my wife in the car

this would of ended differently

Simply pull over if it gets too much, call the police, take note of his number plates.

What you do (boot in anger) and he does can cause serious accidents.

There is every type of person out there, just need to not be sucked into the wrong crap.

yeah true

i only give it a boot to get away from the co&khead

ive only the had the skyline bout 2 months

still getting used to all the retards i guess

:P

I still haven't been spotted by anyone outside of our group :ermm:

I've spotted you a few times. There's a few others like yours that get around these parts. I saw one a while ago at the subway in albany creek, getting import checked with a late series FD

Hey,i'm on holidays up here at the mom, keep seeing a suncorp add on tv,is the car at the start of the add a 35 r ?. looks like it to me.

is it the one with the voice control and he is saying "step on it", etc and it keeps repeating the wrong thing? if so, then yes that is a r35 gtr.

next to a white 32gtr (was in my blue 32gtr)

on old cleveland rd coorparoo arount 9 pm or so near mcdonalds

It had close to mexican offset but was very cool

as usual the driver wouldent look at me (might have been searching for the lastest fixie bike?)

    • After using a protractor for an actually accurate assessment of what is required,  and by NOT using my uncalibrated eyeball I worked out I need a 25° silicone bend from the TB ro the MAF, but, my choice was either a 30° or a 23° (23° is a weird spec), so I grabbed the 23° one from Raceworks I also grabbed 1mtr of 3" straight from Just Jap, I needed 350mm, but they only had 300mm, or 1mtr lengths....meh Also ordered a 1/2" hose bulkhead fitting from fleabay, this has a smoothish mushroom looking head (they are designed for below the water line of boats) that will fit inside the bend, the hose bit and threaded bit looks to long, but nothing that a hacksaw cannot fix if required, the hose will then just get jamed on the threaded bit up to the retaining nut Fingers crossed and the unsightly amount of hose clamps will be reduced down to 4 once all the parts arrive
    • Oil change does not trigger code 21. Code 21 is for coilpacks primary side connection. You can try to clear the code with a battery disconnect, hold down the brake pedal to drain capacitors through the brake lights with the ignition on for 10-15 seconds before you reconnect the battery. I have seen R35 coil conversion permanently cause this code with no ill effects so it might be the resistance it wants to see isn't quite right on one or more coilpacks. Could be inside the ECU, could be the harness, could be a coil. You can test it all if you want or just ignore until the car actually starts misfiring.
    • I forgot you have a Nistune ECU. Use Nistune to do all the tests I mentioned instead of faffing with 30+ year old electrical connectors. You can read MAF volts off that too, there are reference values in the service manual to tell you roughly what it should be in different conditions.
    • No. I think it might be the AFM. Hence the use of the terms "swaptronics", which implies the use of swapping out electronics for the purpose of diagnosis. It's about the only way to prove that a small/niggling/whatever problem with an AFM or a CAS or similar is actually caused by that AFM/CAS/whatever. A known good item swapped in that still gives the same problem is likely to be caused somewhere else. They're all the same. Spraying AFMs with cleaner is an each way bet between cleaning it and f**king it.
    • Oh wow! This might actually work amazingly. Do you know the ratio of the diff? I was told the only thing you need to make sure of is if the front & rear diff ratios are the same. Ours is a 4.083 Thanks!
