Trozzle
For some anecdotal evidence, I dropped 4.5kg in 6 weeks on a massively restrictive diet...just to give you an idea what kind of boring shit you might need to deal with for such a short timeframe. The program we do is fairly comprehensive, you just need to lift more of everything Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/200767-gym-and-supplement-discussion/page/293/#findComment-6756773 Share on other sites

Mangune
Aim to drop about 500g of weight a week, figure out how much you need to eat then eat under it. Train 3-4 times a week. Coffee can be not bad, try just black. If not, monitor what your putting in it Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/200767-gym-and-supplement-discussion/page/293/#findComment-6757017 Share on other sites

Mitcho_7
I wouldn't really worry about the excess flab, it drop off sooner then you think when you are lifting 3+ times a week. Birds
at 5'10" and 76kg with a flabby gut, you need to workout on EVERYTHING. This. Leigh is a bit of an "I want it already" person. I've spent a lot of time training out his bad habits, but I can't take the trailer park out of the girl. Birds
Try Squats. I've only recently succeeded in getting him to do them. Before this, curls took precedence if he was short on time. -FIGJAM-
try some Alburtrex...... I too squated last night. Working on form and making sure I go much lower, this has resulted in lower weight, but it certainly takes more energy out of me.
