Haven't ever really bothered for anything beyond the first exercise, really good stretch first then some light reps of whatever the first exercise is then by the time I'm done on that I'm usually already warmed up or things get warm from racking weights etc.

Work through the motion itself without weight first, it's not hard. If you can do it without weight you can probably do it with. If you can't do it without weight you likely can't do it with.

I actually find it harder to do the proper motion without weight haha....though it's leg day for me today, definitely going to give just squatting for a minute a go before I get into it.

ye old TTT said that in the past

If you can't do it without weight, your mobility sucks harder than a hoover.

Yes it's easier to stabilise the body with added weight that you can move around; circus acrobats use a bar on the tightropes. But you shouldn't have to depend on it to do the movement, else you probably have stability/form issues in the movement when using weight too.

Anyone watch Olympia? Heath won followed by Kai.

Felt sorry for Kai he looked shattered

Cutler made top 10 but not final 3, Wolf took third place

Yeah I didn't pit Cuttler woth much of a chance.

Personally hoping Kai would take ot away but of of the top 3 I thought Wolf had the best bod of the lot.

No idea how the judges determine the winner of these events

No idea how much money the judges ask for from sponsors to determine the winner of these events

fyp brah

Squatting question as I've been thinking about what I may have been doing wrong previously to aggravate my back/leg.

In the lowest point of the motion, I notice my butt will tuck under a little which implies some rounding in the lower back, is that allowed/a problem/should be avoided etc?

Or should I only go as low as I can before my butt wants to roll/tuck under?

    • Yeah they mention as a R34 for 2.5 Turbo...but then again thos "small" were also for R34 by that different site. But i look into it and that 310mm EBC is for R34 GTT. And by those you linked the specs are the same 🙂    EDIT: I found these on one site here: DBA 4000 series T3 DBA42304S They are 310mm...and it says are for R34GTT...are there good? EDIT2: ok they have pads too.  What "color" should i get for street use? I dont want/need some noisy ones...(and if they are not that dusty that is good too)
    • Yeah, shame. Maybe  driver's carpet is available 🙏. I am waiting for both amayama and nangun to confirm.
    • Probably. I take it that they are also mentioned to be for R34 Skyline? For example.... RDA has that part as RDA7957. I have the dimpled and slotted version of that on my car https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/285518478694?srsltid=AfmBOopKxMuAFpsxZJdB1cam4D5RAj1f9yJyOttPZLAwXVNCOiwlhrIy This is DBA's top one piece equivalent https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/364246686631?srsltid=AfmBOorbb0XHQgqTvZLgQPhg70nqJtGvdojKnugum3O2LFSr2h-obp8D
