N I B
Haltech Platinum and Pro ECUs are very hard to beat now,Much of the stuff Vipec is working on is already standard on the Top end Haltechs. Magazines are Infomercials and as such the outcomes they come up with are not reliable. N I B
wolf v4 & v5 can run low or high impedance injectors without telling it which one you have. no idea how that works.p.s. this is in no way an attack on vi-pec. This is only 1/2 right, V5 does have injector setup in the software, V4 does not. wolverine
R34 PowerFC's work fine with the RS4S (with a 3.6v feed to pin 51 to get rid of the TC engine checklight) so there is no reason a ViPEC won't work. discopotato03
Its not a case of being tight , its just extra money for a computer that has things a four cylinder can't use . The money would be better spent on other bits and pieces . A . Evil34
I have confirmed with Ray that they have made a plug and play computer for the RB25 Neo motor. This means we have two options of the Power FC and now the Vipec. bigmikespec
Not sure about that, I mentioned Haltech to my tuner and he nearly threw up! That and I personally have not seen many high end GTR's with Haltechs to sway me. From all reports the new stuff is much improved...but it had to be to have any share of the market. N I B
I didnt like the older Haltechs and stayed away from them till one of the Perth shops that I tune for started using them, They have become my Favorite. Very good function, great software and very strong support.
