I'd have to agree with Richard here, Gayside Blue would be my last choice of colours. Silver in my opinion is the best. Still can't believe the car is still for sale.

Be patient, it will sell.

X 3

Swap you for a clean silver R32 that was once famous now sporting monster turbo, straight cut dog box etc...

ohh you said that work was a klm away...no good...this car is only good for 400m.

you could walk the other 600m...it will do you good!

Did that buyer work out?

Did that buyer work out?

hi mate, he was a bit short on funds and wasn't able to secure finance. so it doesn't look like it will go through. which means it's still for sale

and like pete says yes I do have a pretty hot arse too.

oookaaay.

anyway. for those interested and thinking about importing the current exchange rate means 1 AUD now buy around 70yen. so a nice 34 GTR that costs 4mil yen in japan. 2 months ago would cost $40K in japan. now would cost over $50K in japan, plus $12K in taxes and about another $8K in importing costs. so you are looking at around $70K to import a really nice R34 at the moment. which makes this one suddenly seem very cheap!

still for sale. I'm getting more motivated to sell now. so if you're in the market for a really neat, clean, straight, honest R34 GTR then give me a bell. I hardly get to drive this anymore and I just want to sell it! so I'll happily talk deal for any serious buyer. :)

what was your offer again pete? 2 kegs of home brew and 3 trips around the moon and 2 of your finest R31 wrecks? let me think it over big boy...

still need to sell my baby. :P

Now looknig for something around the $52,000 mark and I'm in a soft spot right now so would probably throw in the brand new headlights if you're nice to me! (currently about $2900 a pair from japan). The car is now just locked up in the garage under cover and only getting drive once a fortnight or so.

It really is such a neat car and it's not often you can find a 34 with some history and books and in this condition for anywhere near this money. and with the AUD only buying 60yen (compared to the 98yen/dollar when I bought this) you could not import one for under $70K. This car would make a great daily or as a base for you to turn into something wild. :ninja:

i want it. Nicest R34 ive seen to date. Wish i had the cash, surely u will find a buyer soon. If its still forsale this time next year, consider it sold :P

Exactly what my car looked like when i bought it , With a nice Kit And Wheels buyer cannot go wrong , i never liked the colour myself but just couple little Cosmetic Mods Looks Crazy ....

Good Luck With Sale....

    • So I actually had the cover off my car today, here is a (bad) pic of the setup. I have an oil cooler thermostat block, the temp sender is straight in there. The pressure sender has a short AN line to a T piece which is mounted (hopefully cable tied counts as mounted....) on the chassis. BTW every fitting you could ever imagine exists....just depends what they cost and how many you need. Raceworx AN adapters are here: https://raceworks.com.au/fittings/adapters/, I think you said you need BSPT to AN (https://raceworks.com.au/fittings/adapters/bsp/tapered/an-to-bspt-adapters/) and AN to NPT (https://raceworks.com.au/fittings/adapters/npt/) BTW, braided line is super simple to make. It looks intimidating, is not.
    • Perfect day for a pie, really needs a soft top in this weather though
    • Prime parking, she is a little girl...LOL
    • I'm actually not sure - I think it was "Stealth Performance" (It really is near impossible to find a FEMALE 1/8BSPT to 1/8NPT male at ALL) but having the thing leveraged on a 90 degree angle on a small aluminium fitting is not too smart. Also in not too smart, I've drilled out the center of the broken fitting so there's maybe 0.00001mm of thread to bite into, so yeah. I may have to get it drilled/tapped/plugged entirely. Given I could conceivably tap a thread/adapter/pressure line in any point in the oil system I suppose it's feasible to run a line to the Nissan Sensor to keep the dash working. Do these exist in AN fittings and the like? Like an AN fitting that has a NPT (or other?) thread as well for putting a sensor in?
    • I would agree.  There will be an amount of boost you could run safely with an otherwise factory system, but it would be low enough to not be worth the cost.  And if you are reliving your 20s, you know a 'little bit' was never enough. Personally, if I didn't want to spend the money, then stick with NA bolt-ons, and maybe a tune.
