Hey 75coupe I relise that the colour only comes on r34 gtr nur's and ive never seen a 33 repainted in millenium jade thats why I posted this to see exactely how it looks b4 I go changing the colour of my car. The only reason I want it is because its different and ive never seen a 33 this colour.

Nice pic there 75coupe.

Maybe its just the lighting but it doesnt look all that Millenium Jade LOL!

Johnbarry88 I think it will look quite unique if your R33 is painted in this colour. I think you might be one of the first.

Here is another pic and the paint code is JW0 - Millennium Jade.

I'm pretty sure this car is actually a DA car now, it belongs to Mark Philips, The color was sourced from Top Secret in Japan.

(Top Secret Gold)

It is actually is a gts-t with gtr guards on it.

actually closer to a VX commodore to be honest - it is almost a direct match for the commodore colour.

Agreed!

Every time is see the VX in this colour i would alway picture it on a 33, with black "highlights". If i hadn't already re-sprayed my car a pearl red, i would have definitely chosen this colour :google:

$206.60 for 4ltrs is awefully cheap, i'll be checking whether it is a 3-layer paint, and confirming that price. My colour is off a '96 Ford Mustang and is a 3-layer Pearl, i paid about $1400 just for the paints (base, pearl, clear).

    • This is a recipe for disaster* Note: Disaster is relative. The thing that often gets lost in threads like this is what is considered acceptable poke and compromise between what one person considers 'good' looks and what someone else does. The quoted specs would sit absurdly outside the guards with the spacers mentioned and need  REALLY thin tyres and a LOT of camber AND rolling the guards to fit. Some people love this. Some people consider this a ruined car. One thing is for certain though, rolling the guards is pretty much mandatory for any 'good' fitment (of either variety). It is often the difference between any fitment remotely close to the guards. "Not to mention the rears were like a mm from hitting the coilovers." I have a question though - This spec is VERY close to what I was planning to buy relative to the inboard suspension - I have an offset measuring tool on the way to confirm it. When you say "like a mm" do you mean literally 1mm? Or 2mm? Cause that's enough clearance for me in the rear :p I actually found the more limiting factor ISNT the coilover but the actual suspension arms. Did you take a look at how close those were?
    • @GTSBoy yeah sorry i know thery are known for colors bud those DBA are too in colors 🙂 Green will be good enough for me
    • That's my life. Past-Duncan has a lot to answer for
    • Yep four point harness. Mounted to a bolted in brace running behind the seats. Dont use it for daily driving tbh but good to have for when its needed plus it looks cool.
    • I had to double check the thread title r34 gtt offset advice lol. Thought maybe i posted on the wrong thread. 😂
