V35 Coupe For Sale!

Recommended Posts

After almost 2 years of ownership, my ar is up for sale

unfortunately it must make way for a 4-door car which was inevitable but the time has now come

the car is QLD registered until December 2008

this car has been to Chris Rogers and has had 'the works' applied to it. he is the only person who has touched the car and as such all the work converting the GPS/DVD/bluetooth etc is his doing and the work is 100% top notch

2003

Nissan Skyline

CPV35

350GT

3.5L V6

5 speed tiptronic automatic

39,000kms

Brilliant Silver

Black leather/suede

This beautiful V35 skyline coupe is in excellent condition. It has been pampered since taking delivery. It has been serviced regularly at 5000km intervals since being imported with 25,000kms on the clock in 2007.

This car has the most factory options you will find – I guarantee you will NOT find a car with more options, especially one which has been fully converted to play Australian DVDs, play music from any MP3 player, run Australian navigation software, and with fully integrated Bluetooth phone capabilities!

This car has everything that is standard on the V35 coupe, as well as additional features that are listed below. These are all factory options that you will not find on many of these cars that are advertised for sale.

Factory options include:

“Premium pack” including leather/suede interior

Bose stereo upgrade including in-dash 6-disc CD player that plays burnt CDs

Reversing camera

Drop-down side mirrors when in reverse

Auto folding-in mirrors when the car is locked

Xenon headlights

Auto-on/off headlights

Dual-zone climate control

Steering-wheel radio control buttons

TV screen running GPS, car information, and DVD

Aluminium pedals

Privacy glass

Tinted windows – darkest legal

Factory Nissan alarm and immobiliser integrated into factory key with optional shock-sensors

Remote central locking

Factory 18” wheels with Yokohama tires (7-spoke in shadow chrome finish)

Auto-dimming rear mirror with “homelink” (integrated infra-red control for your garage door)

Factory front and rear pods

Other options include:

Dash buttons converted from Japanese to English using factory nissan parts

Australian GPS maps converted – running Garmin GVN52 unit

DVD player playing all zones with MP3 capability – hidden in glovebox

Parrot LS3200 colour Bluetooth handsfree device dully integrated to run through the factory car stereo

Additional immobiliser installed

Modifications include:

Selby swaybars – fully adjustable

RDA slotted rotors with high-performance pads (rb74 pads)

Large transmission cooler installed to the factory automatic transmission

Upgraded factory horns to “sport” horns

Disabled TV screen “cut-off” when driving so that it is always visible

Converted Japanese AM/FM stations to Australian frequencies

The car comes with an English user manual, 2 original keys, plus valet key.

Please don’t make the mistake of thinking that any V35 you import will have a functioning GPS or DVD player - this is not the case despite what many dealers usually advertise. To make GPS/DVD work here, additional integration is required, and I have paid to have all this working in the car, plus many more things too!

This car is the perfect mix of luxury and performance with the reliability you expect of a Japanese car. The focus of the car was to convert it to full Australian-spec and this has been well achieved with Australian GPS, DVD, Bluetooth, and converting the buttons on the dash to factory Nissan english buttons. This kind of integration you will NOT find on any other V35 you see for sale in Australia.

The car does have some gutter rash on the front wheels and some small stone-chips on the front bumper but is otherwise in brand-new condition.

My V35 will be a regretful sale but must make way for a family car with 4 doors.

price: $34,000

PM, post here or please call my mobile for more information (0413 555 417)

Car will be supplied with a RWC and I am happy for any RACQ/mechanic inspection – feel free to bring them with you when you inspect the car, this car is flawless.

For all those people looking and asking about importing, this car is a perfect example of why you should look in Oz.

Check through these forums and you'll find Waz is probably the most fussiest of owners on here.

Good luck mate, stunning example.

thanks for the kind words everyone!

i have always babied this car and love it to pieces

why import when you can walk up to a car, see it, drive it, and know how good it is in the flesh!

plus this has had everything done to it already (alarm, GPS, DVD, bluetooth, etc)

well i'm sad to say that it looks like the V35 coupe is sold :)

just waiting on the buyer to finalise finance and my baby will be gone

but the good news is that it means i'm on the lookout for a 4-door V35!

it may be more family-friendly but its still a V-series skyline :)

    • This morning I carefully reinstalled the manifold and started looking at a couple of things I need to do.  Heat wrap arrived sometime today so I popped into the shed with the missus dishwashing gloves and started wrapping the first half of the dump and the screamer/plumb back.  Once I do the second half I'll be able to final fit the turbo and exhaust up.  Also pulled the harness out today and started terminating it at the ECU end. A connector is done, just need to run the remaining wires that arent in the harness - 12v, gnd and couple I/O
    • A31 is pretty much the same thing without HiAIDS I mean CAS, no improvement lol. Not to late to send it.
    • Thanks for all the replies! I also wanted to ask if wheels that were fitted on Ford Falcons would fit the 350GTs as well? In the area I'm at there aren't that many options for secondhand wheels and new ones here are way out of my budget. From what I've seen, most of the wheels that are available that were fitted on Ford Falcons have an offset of +33 to +36, with a centre bore of 70.5mm whereas the stock 350GT's ones are 66mm, can't seem to find any hubcentric rings that fit that difference though.
    • 215/45/18 tyres are probably a little on the low side compared to the factory tyre, it should be closer to a 245/45/19, which will get you about an extra 11mm of height, and should make you speedo read a bit closer to reality. 245/45/19s will be a bit too far the other way and you risk a speeding ticket as your speedo might read slower than your actual speed.  245/40/19s would be correct if you are going to 19in rims, they will give you a similar total diameter to the 245/45/18 tyres.
    • That's something I forgot to put in my list. The aggressive anti-squat in R32 is a f**king menace. I still need to decide if I'm going to drag the subframe out of my car and weld in the GKTech corrector kit. The main reason to dither is the need to switch to spherical joints in the lower arm to account for the twist induced in the rear pivot caused by lowering the front pivot. And yes...we do put better subframes in R32s, and I wish I'd gotten an S14 one instead of an A31 when I did the "take off and nuke it from orbit" HICAS delete all those years ago.
