basti does this answer your question???

http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Mo...er-t258139.html

i f**king LOL'd at that thread hahahahahahahaha

OMFG! ROFL

His replies need to be framed ie., "tyres don't make much difference to perfomance. I want performance upgrades, not suspension. What are coilovers? They're suspension right?"

Thanks guys, i'm glad i'm not the only one that thinks that moron is a complete tosser.

Sorry it had to come to that but i don't take lightly to idiots insulting my family. Too bad he couldn't fight his own battles and needed mates to back him up.

YOU BANNED HIM?!?! That kid was hilarious! God I hope he comes back with some of his tirades. Seriously, sorry guys but your responses were often nowhere near as funny as the shit dribbling out his mouth! Who can forget classics like, "tyres are unimportant", "I'm not interested in hooning but how do I do a burnout?", and "Will thrashing the shit out of my skyline hurt it in any way?"

I have been following his posts for days now and couldn't wait for it to hit the point of...

"One of my mates reckons that petrol is a liquid, and so is water. So instead of paying bullshit prices for fuel he reckons you can use this stuff called distilled water from SuperCheap. I think it's overpriced cos i have a hose at my house so I'll just use it. My mate reckons it has made no difference to the way his vn commodore runs, which is not at all at the moment because it is up on stands getting 32 inch rims put on. But he is quietly confident it will work. Well not so much quietly confident as very vocally confident. So may say arrogant, or even 'tosser'.

So i'll give it a try once my car is going again. It sort of went bang mid burnout. My mates reckons its cos the wheels are too small and not shiny enough so the engine can't run in properly, but this mechanic bloke reckons it was cos of our home made engine oil."

hey, did you ban awsome as well???

I gotta ask... where they from the same location/ ip??

the posts were really similar... and mulitple crap after crap threads.... stupidly dumb.... like dumber and dumber with a car, but funny :/

Seriously, can he really be like that in real life? This guy should do his own stand-up section at the GMs.

    • If there's enough meat in the housing where you want to put the M12 adapter, then do it, but be aware that if/when you f**k that up you'll probably be repairing it before doing anything else. I'd just drill it out and tap ina 1/4" thread. No need for rocket surgery when the next most obvious thing will do. You could throw a 1/4 x 1/8 bush in there and use the same fitting you intended to use.
    • Is the only issue that the oil catch can is getting filled on hard runs? I'd be thinking more about oil control issues rather then the head lifting, especially as you aren't seeing spiking in the coolant pressure.  Do you need restrictors in the head, or better drains from the head? Does the sump need venting to the catch can?
    • Tried to make 1/8npt threads into compressor house of the turbo for my EBC. Threads got fu#ked and ended up with and elongated hole, so I do have good amount and nice threads 90% of the hole but 10% I only had 1-2threads there and rest of it is flush on that side of the hole.. So my idea is to do M12 x 1.25 to AN4 with braided lines instead of 1/8npt to 4mm vacuum silicone hose.  and hopefully get a better thread. M12 is quite big and AN4 is a little bit bigger than 4mm (4.9mm inner diameter braided PTFE hose). but this should work. Thoughts? Otherwise I will weld and adapter onto the turbo.
    • Looks great, I hope everything is working well after all that time!
