fuck that, its an SR20. drive it till it dies. then buy another one. This kent and his forged obsession, fuck off with that "I have forged internals" braggery BS.

If you're dailying an SR, boltons are the way to go.

don't u run a 2530?

haha nope, my turbo bigger than a 2530

custom made garret one, uses a 33 comp cover machined all the way out and a AVO .73 exhaust housing

pretty much esentially a GCG rb25 hiflow the size

Haha typical! Wouldn't expect anything less from you

Will be good when you've got a car again. I'm always down your area now. Can do some carwash meets and shit lol

chad if you gots cash moneh ready let me know, there's always kids comin in the shop wanting to offload cars cheap to pay off loans etc cos they can't afford the baller status anymore. You'll need 16k minimum tho.

also pat....

$1500 = secondhand HKS2530 kit. Both Nick and I run it and get roughly 80kw boost in performance.

you just spent how much and get 30 - 40kw? and ongoing costs are how much?

lol ive already got a hks2530, rebuilt too

210kw with 15psi @ 11.5afr

I should be able to get 230kw atw with 18-19psi with 98octane

and then ontop of that will be the methanol injection which should get me another 30kw atw

Im hoping to hit 250kw atw

i listen to everything, dance/trance house, rnb, retro, 80s

just not a fan of metal, classical or country

hell yeh

ummm just ghey

he's awesome man... you have shit taste

just get a non turbo car and be done with it..

u been going on about it for ever. its gonna be like the boy who cried wolf by the time u get something..

just man up and take the plunge but go non turbo save ursefl a pulsating rectum everytime u drive for the next 3 years

if this is directed at me; i dont want an NA because i want something i can take to a track and have some fun in..

then again, if they approve it, no pulsating rectum

I want 7.5 or 8 wide at the front and 9 or 9.5 in the rear. Preferred style is 5 spoke but open to suggestions.

depends on the car you wanna put em on.

    • I also used Knox driveshafts when I the slip yoke T56 to the 3bolted TR6060 type. I believe I was one of his first jobs as it literally changed hands when I was there, started by the old owner and finished by the new. Everyone seemed pretty great about it. So wasn't shy/seemed pretty knowledgeable when dealing with weird custom people like me.
    • Just a reminder orange park was cool back in the day   and drifting the main circuit was even cooler   f**k I miss that car
    • We used Knox Drive shafts years ago when we were doing gravel rally, good guy but I heard it had changed hands? He's got a lot of stuff and is miles cheaper than GJ and so on. He used to have a lathe setup with a MIG torch on the tool holder so he could get the uni welds just right, quite a clever guy. I just got a driveshaft done for my sequential installation and that was through Balancing Services Australia in Preston, they did the Gibson cars in the old days. New genuine CV's, billet yoke, new centre bearing and chome moly shaft was $2k.
    • Thanks for sharing that mate, I've got a couple of spares on the shelf but all the unis are tight....will give old mate a shout. BTW are you sure it wasn't just a $400 paint job? Any detail of what they replaced (cut/reweld?)
    • Yeah I saw that about the US Q50 recently, apparently it was shown to Inifiniti dealers (probably to help with their depression about the cars they can sell). Seemed like a really obvious step to me, the platforms are very similar in many ways. Even if there aren't many people who actually put the money up it should really help with image/reputation. What hasn't been clear anywhere if that is a V38 model of if they are just going to add the trans as an option in a new model year. What they did with the Z from 370z to "Z" is just weird so I'd be surprised if they released this as a V38. Great news for me to have an option; it is far from confirmed that I can get any decent track sessions through the auto so having a manual I can swap to is great.
