1993 and same as jap YEN price ? :rofl2:

haha lol, the only reason i ask is because when i was young one of my uncle's had a white r33 and i was trying to pinpoint what year, all i know is that it was in the 90's, im pretty sure it was mid 90's but i was very young i can only just remember it and remember sitting in it.

edit: i think it might have been when they first came out because mum said i was 6 or 7.

yeah R33 was never sold locally

only 100 BNR32's were sold locally and aus spec "delivered" GTR's

first run of ECR33 was

looks like NOV 92 was when they wwere building ECR33 or HR33

yeh thats during the day, im talking 9pm onwards

Scott i hate cricket in general so i dont watch any of it

im the same as you, just pointing out the most boring type of cricket ever, dont know how people like it.

whats interesting about cars going straight for maybe 10 seconds?.. not to mention paying $25 for the "priveledge"

you didnt read my post did you? :P i stated the obvious, i was talking about pro mod classes and higher.. you pay to watch any motorsport and youll only see your segment of the track (1 bend or straight). by your logic, that is boring as well.

my family is heavily involved in drag racing (top fuel), and ill admit that there is no excitement in the street/pro street classes; the excitement is for the drivers. however, the higher classes do offer a form of entertainment to those who enjoy motorsport.

no need to justify what is considered entertainment, as everyones views differ. you could enjoy watching ducks swim in the lake i wont dare ask you what is so interesting about it :P

i did read your post, i just personally dont see the interest in drag racing i find of all motorsport it is just boring and requiring little skill just a big wallet. you can buy big power and a set up for fast times with auto g/boxes a moron can get a quick pass.

im not having a crack at your or anything its just my opinion if you like it thats cool it'd be shit if everyone liked the same thing i just cant justify $25 + sit and watch cars do so little.

again its just my opinion. :P

    • Unsolicited advice? Keep the engine as close to stock as you can. Nothing wrong with adding some boost and making a little more power, but given where you are, you really don't want to try to make it into a monster. I can't imagine the roads are up to it, and the lack of locla support when it grenades will be a ball ache. FWIW, If there is a dyno around that you can access, then brand new injectors are a good idea, which will lead you to (at least) putting a Nistune in it, which will allow you to put an R35 AFM on it, all of which will make it possible to make it much much nicer to drive and live with.
    • List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter?
    • @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand
    • You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...
