Well any similarity between anything called HRT and a proper race team is entirely coincidental.

For that matter any similarity between a race team owned by an investment bank and a successful race team is entirely coincidental. Look at how "Renault" are going backwards for instance.

Holden raacin....... Lol.

Lol yeah, racing cars absorb money, they don't produce it.

so its was true... Williams Renault is back!!

lawd i hope they revive the old colour scheme

Well here is hoping the motor brings a step forward. They are certainly making plenty of changes, so fingers crossed.

Which old colour scheme. The current one is very similar to that from 1994. I guess not having any sponsors makes it easier to paint the thing however you like.

waaaaay too much time and money went into that gearbox, id be amazed if they dumped it so quickly

if they were going to dump it, it would be when the new engines come in

Well I reckon they will dump it if it keeps being unreliable and/or if rule changes mess about with the diffusers & rear end aero which may or may not make the whole thing pointless.

So I read ol' mate Bernie is thinking of suing the FIA over their decision to mandate a V6T formula on the grounds it'll hurt ticket sales. I could understand the gripe if they where being forced down the 4-cyl path, but they'll still sound good with high-revvin' sixes, and I'm sure they'll have at least as much or more power than the current jiggers. Suck it up you rich old khent.

He just want's to be seen to be on the good side of the teams (the ones that matter anyway) as we move closer to the extreme shenanigans of renegotiating the new concord agreement.

I dont know about you guys but i am really looking forward to the silverstone gp, It's the two top teams (atm) home track and both teams don't want to lose this one.

and then there's ferrari, who would like to beat these two with there own spotted dick.

to much to ask for a aussie win? we've double our chances.

    • A bit late but A disk S13P fit over stock R32 GTR brakes, usually A disk front, O disk rear works.
    • Or, the height of the release bearing is not correct for your combo. Start with the bleeding and checking the slave moves throughout its range when you press the pedal (2 person required), but it is possible for the height to be internally wrong too (box back off to measure.
    • Yes, there's quite a few things that can go wrong during a clutch install. Very unlikely. I have a similar clutch. They (ACS) make good gear. No, it is not normal. It is possible that you just need to bleed the clutch slave. But the new clutch will also have a more aggressive actuation force/pressure, and so your old slave cylinder might be a bit leaky or otherwise compromised, and not up to the extra force required. Or the master cylinder, same.
    • Hi...so a "development" here aswell The swap is "done" and car went "test drive" BUT it seems the clutch(maybe gearbox?) is a little bit sad? I bought this clutch kit https://justjap.com/products/xtreme-heavy-duty-organic-clutch-flywheel-kit-nissan-skyline-r31-r32-r33-push-type "Problem" is that the first gear is hard to put into and it seems that the clutch is not disengaged. It was not the problem with the old clutch...(or like sometime the first gear would not get as easy specialy when the fluid was cold) So? Can it be like...bad "install" or is the clutch wrong ((it should not have been) i done research to get the right one) Or is this "normal" with new clutch and needs to be break in?
    • @Duncan I can try  and thanks i did not thought about VIN and part numbers for 33/34. @GTSBoy yeah it looks like iam gonna do that
