Have decided to sell this brake kit I bought recently for my street car.

The fronts are BRAND NEW, never used, the rears are slightly used, they've basically done 1 track day.

The kit consists of the following:

FRONTS - Alcon monoblock 6 piston calipers with 378mm x 35mm genuine 2 piece rotors, genuine Alcon hats and genuine Alcon caliper brackets. This is a complete genuine Alcon kit to suit GT-R's, not the kit PWR sell in which they make their own hats and caliper brackets. Note that the rotors are 35mm thick, PWR sell the 365mm x 32mm thick rotors with their kits. Pads are Hawk, not sure on exact model but will confirm on the weekend as they are in storage.

These were pulled out of the box just to take some pics fitted to the car and confirm it all bolts up ok, they haven't been driven on...

REARS - Alcon 2 piece 4 piston calipers with 335mm x 28mm 2 piece rotors with PWR hats and caliper brackets. These were supplied by PWR in QLD and come with Pagid pads (will also confirm pad compound). They have done 1 track day and look like they have been hardly used.

Don't have pic of the actual brakes but look exactly like this:

Will take some pics over the weekend of the actual brakes.

PRICE: $7900 ono, the full kit from PWR retails for more than $8.5k and comes with the smaller (and thinner) front rotors than the ones I have for sale.

Located in Narre Warren North VIC, but will ship interstate at buyer's expense.

PM or reply here if interested.

Cheers,

Jack

Here's some pics of the rears..

These are recommended for any serious GT-R, especially if you're hitting the track....

Tuff brakes Jack, they must have cost you a small fortune

Unfortunately yes, although the V8 super car setup I have currently on the car was more.... :O

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.
    • My Nismo 1.5 churps a bit on reverse turns when cold, but besides that feels like a stock diff.
    • Yes, but, I paid cash and I'm pretty sure the receipt was in the bin 10 minutes after I got home Note to self, keep all receipts
    • Bunnings would have just handed you your money back on that one!
    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
