respect to Wahlberg , he is always kept his self in check, .. unlike fake actors who just do there body for a movie.. to me thats like just doing something beause you got sick or something went bad.. his weight isent that huge hey. i think i seen one time is was 75kgs . his is only 5'7 max 5'8 ... not a huge weight ever.. but always oox crazy..:)

Yeah he's pretty short...can tell by the length of his arms, which help with the muscular look. Not saying it's easier to build muscle, but when you do build muscle with short limbs it tends to look more compounded and wider than taller guys with longer arms and legs.

Yep, that's convinced me. That's what I'm shooting for

Be hard, I'm a fair bit taller than 5'8, but that'll just make it more satisfying. Already pushing 100kg but I'd love anther 5kg just to finish me off.

Stomach is the next big focus. Want it as tight as marky marks

yep he has no real weak areas... has well balanced has more bulk than the average hollywood actor while still rocking the hawt abz brah

diet is the key there... makes me want to give up beer and midnight munchies... but sif that's going to happen! lol

Starting a 4month membership from Monday. wanted to start yesterday but come down with a heavy head-cold.

Im 200cm tall, currently 118kg. When I last trained hard (years ago now) I was toned at my current weight.

To me this would be the physique I'll be working towards achieving

I would like to be this:

Hopefully all my lame-o levels perk up soon so I don't keep taking heaps longer to recover than I should :(

My god. This thread just got SO MUCH better!

Pics of current physique? For, you know, comparison purposes

:ninja:

Kidding, of course!

To me - Ulysses looks like a massive bitch.

That being said, Zyzz hits the eye shadow a bit rofl.

I'd rather Zyzz's physique if I had to choose. The pectoral definition is enough: Ulysses has breasts lol

    • Hello Liam - HA - somewhere in flies - possibly I have an update, but I have been so busy, projects have taken a back seat to getting business back on track.  I will let you know the outcome, but I think I am going to go for the 8HP,  CHEERS.  ELVIS
    • Thanks Joshuaho96, yes - as someone else also suggested, the 8HP seems the 'smart choice' - HA - and ZERO to do with cost, but I am sure 8 speeds will be better than 6 speeds - HA - maybe.  I will purchase a new 8HP,  Thanks.  ELVIS.
    • Nobody said anything about getting a "...cheap Falcon box..."- it was JUST a question about a specific transmission.  And YOU may have a problem with not enough $ - HA - I do NOT - so please keep your comments like you are some financial guru to yourself.  BUT - much appreciated re the cost of a new 8HP and I twill probably be the way I go.  Thanks.  ELVIS.
    • Most people I know in the BMW world are swapping 6HPs for 8HPs. The 6HP has a big issue with one of the clutch drum bushings wearing out shockingly early which leads to them going into limp mode going into 5th/6th gear as the oil pressure loss from the worn bushing causes clutch slip. Even with the adaptations in shifting the TCU can't bump line pressure enough to keep the clutches from slipping and burning. I've personally looked at a 335d with 6HP28 with one owner and ~90k miles on it and the transmission adaptations were way out of spec and even though it nominally drove ok I'm confident it would have needed a full rebuild sooner than later. Other than that they're fine, but the 8HP doesn't really have weird issues like this to my knowledge and they're in everything these days so pulling them out of crashed cars isn't too hard.
    • There is an ABS pump and a few solenoids. You could trigger the front/rear solenoids with a pressure bleeder attached with a Consult 2.
