Years ago before they were everywhere, I've actually been pulled over when i had my 33 to chat about the car :)

3 weeks after i brought my R32 ( back in 2002) i was pulled over by police and after 45mins of chatting the officer says "its a nice car but i better get back to work ", no RBT no defect check nothing just a good chat.

last night i had a girl ask if i would have sex with her on the bonnet of my R34 V-SPEC II, no carbon fiber

PICs or GTFO

someone had to say it..

as for too many people around for a burnout, as anyone ever seen one go wrong? Most pointless yet fun thing you can do in a car and i have yet to see a car suddenly explode/spear off into a tree/group of bystanders while doing one. Drag races are another thing altogether though, anyone going all out on a public road with peeps around is a bit of a tool.

DIF that half cup of maccas coke story is classic, talk about driving off like a boss!

oh and Bob with the Fezza, so jealous you bastard..can i come for a ride along one day?

btw i found a vid of some fine young chaps giving the rest of us performance enthusiasts a good name. The only skyline i spotted is the sole car not to do a burnout!

watch when bogans attack part 2..

2 32's got at it.. then some putz ranger starts with a fire extinguisher at cars.

Some ppl need to learn to not agro crowds like that

ive coped some shit for driving a N/A 33, and a few tools wanting to race ect, Not fussed tho tbh.

But on the odd occasion that someone will throw something or get up my arse, even just being abusive with a car full off tough C$nts i do pull over and proceed to walk up to his dirver door and ask. Do you have a problem?

but to be honest the last 9 months or so ive been driving my dad box of a camery.( so i should be getting noi unwanted attenetion) And boy to people like to stare, every set of lights they will glance over, fair enough. But just the average young joe thats loves to stare like come on man, real tuff, i think people feel really secure in there car. knowing they can get away ect.

I get no attention at all, foreveralone.jpg. And i don't even look like a serial killer any more. Come at me bogans!

Tailgaters get the 10 below the speed limit treatment, and they go past pretty soon after that.

"Too many assholes, too few bullets"... Rollins.

+5 points for the cop pulling that guy down haha...sucks to be him. Obviously he was fine because he was happy to try to charge at the cops again only to be brought down by pepper spray, he must feel big.

yeah watched all five last night, while playing GT5..screw staring at the wall while waiting for screen to load. Saw the R32's gun it for a bit then take off, not like they sat there and held it like some jokers though. I dont really get the appeal as a spectator but for some reason do find it fun behind the wheel. Cant explain it though.

as for the guy pulled over the fence, apparently he spat at the cop (read the vid comments, the ones that werent just people screaming 'come at me bro') and threw a punch...pretty much guarantees your going to get pulled through a barbed wire fence!

still not been hassled much other than the odd import/commodore giving it some as i boost past them then backing off, did try and keep up with a lowered 3 series Bimmer one wet night along the Eastern distributor (he nailed it from moore park supacentre towards airport) but once the speeds hit 500+ i knew it was time to back off.

What kind of stupid hoon does that? should be taken off the road...

    • Yes I can see how that would put you off HFM, especially with the price of good quality brake fluid. From what I understand it as you say the BM50 is the standard BMC for a R32 GTR, I must admit I would like to go far a Genuine Nissan BM57, but lack of cash prevents that at present. With the price being so close between the genuine BM50 and BM57 a BM57 New it seems a better choice as you gain that 1/16 bore size with the BM57, I would be interested in how much difference you feel with the BM57 fitted. I am going to take SteveL's advice in the short term and see how much actually comes out of that proportioning valve vent and save up for the Genuine Nissan part. Thanks for clarifying the HFM failure
    • Thanks mate. I just got the post inspection 1/2 done from state roads when the starter motor packed up, either that or the car alarm system is having trouble.  OEM part number 23300-AA112.
    • Hi, I though I was coming to an end in finding a replacement starter motor for a rb25de neo. I came across a starter motor from Taarks and a message below stating: Direct fit. 11 Tooth count. All below part numbers have been superseded to 11 teeth. Can some body shed some light on going from 8 teeth to 11 teeth apart from 36-month / 25,000 km warranty for passenger vehicles to 12 Month Warranty. Compatible with the following Nissan part numbers: 23300-20P00 23300-20P01 23300-20P05 23300-20P10 23300-20P11 23300-AA111 23300-AA112 23300-AA300 23300-08U10 23300-08U11 23300-08U15
    • Low battery? Maybe check capacity? I know first-hand, on BMWs if your battery drops below 80% capacity, it starts causing strange issues.
    • 8.5 +37 = should fit rear, but I think it'll hit on front. What you want is low 30s/high 20's front, mid 30's rear. That 17" screenshot you posted looks good, I'd run it on my R32 (but that's long dead now). For tyre sizes, my rule of thumb is: 8': 235, 9": 255. But that's just my opinion. Nismo sizes: 18x8.5+35/18x9.5+38 is a good starting point.
