Did you use the internet as a kid?

Back in the days it was Internet explorer and Netscape Navigator. On a 28k Modem. Or 56K modem if you were a cool kid

Pho is great if made good.

FYI I prefer the Pho over here than compared to Vietnam

Organize a pho night then..

this man. he knows.

did the same on my phone, and bingo, swapped over themes (back to deluxe).

for kicks, went back to innovation - and on desktop tried hitting 'change theme' but yeah doesn't work. but on phone it still lets you, so changed back to deluxe and shiet seems to be in working order! naice.

pulse also seems to work nicely.

Haha the 300 is sweet, but beyond speed/accel I was really more looking at it's EFI & new aspect. But yeah, will probably continue to look at 250r/vtr250 :D.

Bike purchase may well be the last thing to do; but the decision to purchase bike I have to make first! :P.

Cheers for the input brah. Exciting stuff.

I'd be buying a DRZ400SM, lams approved 135kg and 35hp and a SHITLOAD of fun

Motards heaps of fun though, not fast but fun factor is awesome while you are on Ls

$1 big cheese from HJ ftmfw

Like a quarter pounder, but better. Guy behind me bought 20 of them lol...food for a week?

When my uncle moved out of home he used to buy Quarter Pounders in bulk and freeze them.

haha motards DO look like fun! however pretty sure they are out of my budget, and still probably prefer the supersports or nakeds more than them :P

looking at bikes instead of doing my essay due tonight fml...

not out of price range at all, there's heaps of different types for different prices

my drz400 dominated my cousins ninja 250r as well lol, they look a bit meh compared to supersport style but ninja 250 / 300 aren't supersports anyway they're full upright position with skinny tyres lol

only had a quick look on bikesales, cheapest i saw was $5.5K.

haha from what i've read, most things will dominate little 250s anyway! :P. lol supersport style is probably a good classification, haha.

2 mate's of mine had LAMS bikes a while ago...

One was some open Honda 250, and the other was a Honda Hornet 250. Neither of them even came close to the performance of a 33 GTST with just an exhaust... Like nowhere near. Off the line, or acceleration while rolling, they both were miserable...

So get something LOW weight if you want to have fun with it.

Indeed. Although I think LAMS is good, not having that much power on tap will probably save me from being an idiot! :P

End of the day, these bikes are for learning... not ridiculous omg R1 speedz.

Don't think you can compare most LAMS bikes to 'performance' cars tbh... after restrictions though ;)

12 months, too. Almost ridiculous compared to 4 years of Ps for cars LOL.

You'll get used to it in no time

lol well i hope so!

i have stalled it a few times and hill starts i've found aren't as easy!

It definitely sounds cool too!

yeah im very happy with how it sounds! loving the turbo spool!

Does it still have the HKS SIlent Hi-Power?

yeah still using the HKS Silent Hi-Power :P

swapped out the dumps for HKS ones and just swapped in a new HKS front pipe - pretty much new version of the old one which was in there.

changed themes on mobile still sucks

i didnt even know i could do that...

annoys me when replying to pm's that i cant view what the other person wrote if there is several questions on mobile..

Yeah ah well you woulda replaced flywheel with clutch anyway...shame bout your box though.

Yeah was planing to anyway, after you factor in the costs of oils/new bolts that can't be reused and time/labour and the fact box is already out it's just easier to spend the cash and do it all in one go

    • If you mean the alarm immobiliser; theyre internal to the alarm itself which makes that difficult; I couldnt even see where he put it; its not in the same place as last time; but with all black wiring it might be very challenging to trace  I had someone turn the key for me as I know it only primes for a couple of seconds As my post above; I am getting no voltage to the pump at all; but I am testing continuity of the power line (SB) from the pump plug to the relay fine. As well as the negative from the pump plug to a 12V constant.    Yeah; he blammed the no start on a bad battery; said I needed to get a new battery and it'll start. Turns out the battery drained because the tail lights had been on for half the day during the install (the rubber cushion on the brake switch gave out while he was testing it as I have a picture of the car from that morning with the tail lights off..i've replaced that). The battery was turning over the engine just fine for a long time; but got low since lights were draining it so it was too low to test a start after he finished. I bought a new one on his advice...$250 wasted. My original battery charged up just fine and is healthy.    It was running perfectly fine when I messed up the old alarm (programmed out the remotes). He couldnt start it after removing the old alarm; my assumption is that when he unhooked it; he didnt bridge the circuit back when trying to start it. Its always been perfectly fine. The ECU swap and pump were 2 years ago. It's never missed a beat in that time.
    • This is a big issue for me without the diff. I just have zero drive from the passenger side when drivers side has no traction. Bec's parents place has a crazy steep driveway with odd camber and I have never been able to get up. My bro-in-law's 130i with an (unknown brand) LSD gets up fine as does their dad's Hiace. My car stays at the bottom. We have other odd camber roads around here as we're elevated a bit and if it's raining I can get totally stuck around some hairpins.
    • Yeah, I am super excited for this.
    • Was the car running before he touched the car?
