Nice, Alvin. I may still check it out then, since it's close by. What is this magical bun bo hue??

Huy, I did mean lolololo. However, I suppose, yolo is also apt. Essay was worth 30%, too, xD.

in other news, me earlier today:

35js3q.jpg

due @ 11:55, submitted @ 11:55 LOLO.

Used to email assignments even when I hadn't completed them...but the attachments would just be shortcuts to the actual documents...such an easy mistake for anyone to make! Usually bought me another day or two until tutor wrote back saying attachments aren't the actual documents, just shortcuts to them.

Also made friends with a security guard so I could hand in physical assignments on campus at 1am.

Also used to get office to date stamp the cover page for an incomplete assignment due on a Friday and hand it in on a Monday if the pigeonhole hadn't been emptied yet. Office started catching onto it so I had to give them a bullshit assignment with cover page and remove the staple / carefully staple it back onto the real assignment when done.

Once stayed up for 36 hours straight, starting and finishing an assignment that should have been started 6 weeks prior. Try doing Z/T tests and quadratics after the 24th hour of working on an assignment :/ Got an HD somehow!

Every extra minute counts when you're a professional procrastinator.

Ahaha, I remember doing similar with ppt and pptx back in highschool, when the school computers still didn't have new office; got a few extensions on presentations that way ;)

Best part was I didn't even have the new office either, LOL.

Lol, not bad on the attachment. We have to upload, but I'm fairly sure I saw a clause that stated no matter the reason you'll get penalised for lateness *shrug*. But maybe it'd depend on tutor, might be some understanding nice people!

LOL@dodgy date stamp ahaha.

36 hours, solid effort brah. Til now, I've always done these essays the night before/all nighter. Today first attempt at on-the-day-during-day-and-night-time. We'll see what happens. Most annoying was not realising I had to reference in MLA... never done that before, only APA (and Harvard) so I spent last 5min trying to change it into something that resembles MLA.... oh well! XD

Good times, now that it's all over

Well the way I saw it, I was going to get penalised for being late anyway...might as well try on a good excuse.

Ahhh referencing...was always good getting to that part because no more thinking involved, however tedious referencing is. Of course, you could just write down the reference as you use it in your introduction :)

In Psychology we got penalised for marks if our tables had the slightest differentiation from APA standards. Talking...if you added an extra cell or something arbitrary...so shit.

Time saving protip: use an online reference generator :)

Another iPhone protip from the desk of Birds:

Google images not so long ago changed their mobile view to a shitty one that doesn't allow you to full size view an image; only scroll through the thumbnails and view their source websites. This is a pain when you're trying to embed an image on forums because you can't get a direct link to the image from it's full size version.

So...just hold your finger on the image, then tap copy...then paste into the Safari address bar...the text in there is a direct link to the image. Copy this text and then paste in a forum reply box :)

    • Impossible to remove the housing while turbo is installed on the manifold on the engine. So I have to do it anyways. I plugged it so there will not be any debris in there. Will vacuum aswell
    • would a r34 gtr hood line up with gt/gtt stock fenders? after latch, front bumper and hinges are swapped for gtr ones? or would the fenders be too low or high in relation to the hood surface? ( I believe seeing somewhere that gtr front fenders use some type of riser for the sides, but do not know how that relates to stock gt/gtt fenders.)
    • You just need to remove the compressor housing, not the entire turbo. I would not be drilling and tapping anything with the housing still on anyways.
    • So, I put my boat on a boat. First of all, I'm going to come out and say it. Why is Tasmania not considered a holy goal, an apex that all road-legal modified cars go to, to experience? This place is an absolute wonderland of titanic proportions. If people are already getting club runs for once in a lifetime 30 person cruises to Tassy then I've never seemed to see it. It is like someone replaced the entire place with an idyllic wonderland for cars, and all of the people living there with paid actors who are kind, humble, and friendly. Dear god. After doing a lap of almost all of the place I've found that it's a great way to find out all of the little things that the car isn't doing quite right and a great way to figure it all out. All in all, I drove for 4 hours a day for a week and nothing broke. I didn't even need to open the engine bay. This is by all means a great success, but it has left me with a list of things to potentially address. I also now have a 3D printed wheel fitment tool which annoyingly hasn't got any threads in it to actually assemble it. I might be able to tape it together to check the sizing I actually want to use, but it'll likely involving pulling the shocks out to properly measure travel at least at the front, and probably raise the car while I'm at it, at least in the rear. I scraped on quite a few things and I'm not sure how else to go about it. I was taking anything with a bump at what felt like 89 degree angles. And address those 10 other tasks. And wash the car. God damn it is dirty. And somehow, the weather was perfect the entire time - And because I was on the top of Mt Wellington it turns out it was very much about to freeze up there. I did something I typically never do and took some photos up there in what must have been -10 and the foggy felt like suspended ice, rather than mere fog. If you own a car in Australia, you owe it to yourself to do it.
    • Damn that was hilarious, and a bit embarrassing for skylines in general 😂 vintage car life ey. That R33 really stomped. Pretty entertaining stuff
