I spotted a bayside blue R34 number plate GTTR-34 in the city last night ..... and of course spotted Vange parked in Rundle St .... also spotted Chris's morone R32 with chrome polished R32 rims at Autobarn Gilles Plains where I went to buy 20% off Motul 300V oil - I think I heard on the radio that all stores everything 20% off for the weekend, so anyone needing service (or other) items rush in! I got 4L of 300V plus an oil filter for $79 - BARGAIN!!!

no worries Luke

Steve - nah it wasn't me - I was in MattRs Magna last night on the way in, then the wife drove home in her Accord Euro - I was in no condition/mood to drive

Spotted Madaz saturday night in freedom car park, or more correctly he spotted me, always good to meet another sau member, hopefully next time we can chat longer!

Also joined the "i spotted vange club" on saturday night parked on rundle street!

Yeah was you was going by my watch, still havent changed the time on it, and just a rough estimate to the time. If someone has the same colour 34 with the same front bar as yours then maybe...

Spotted tonight SECRET, thought was a GTR with those wide front guards when pulled up behind me. Then when taking these pics spotted a black? 34 cruisin past along seaview rd henley beach. On way home spotted white 32 at lights on anzac hwy heading towards bay.

Think is plenty of room for more skylines (and more bird sh#ts), taken at around 8pm so get there around 6pm for good clear sunset shots.

Spotted YTRYME on Pulteney St. at about 11.30pm on Saturday night. Was 'queuing' at the traffic light to turn into Rundle.

Nice pics you've got there Brad. Try decrease the shutter speed of your camera a little bit more next time when you are in such a nice scene. Then, you might be able to see more details of your car plus the nice view at the back. Not unless that was delibrate. Just an idea thou ..... :P

    • Hope you aren't too sore after that one, might take a day or 2 to notice yet and I guess it is a loooooong drive home. On the bright side, tube frame front end is a thing at superlap, right?

    • The chart of front pressure to rear pressure (with one being on the x axis and the other being on the y axis) is not a straight line on a typical proportioning valve. At lower pressures there is a straight line with one slope, and at higher pressures that changes to a lower slope. That creates a bend in the line at that pressure, called the knee point. If you do not change the proportionng as the pressure gets higher, you will suffer excessive pressure (at one end of the car or the other, depending on which way you look at the proportioning action) and then get lockups at that end. The HFM BM57, from my memory of previous discussions, is based on the BM57 from a different car (to a Skyline), with a different requirement for the location of the knee point and the distribution of pressure front to rear, and so is not a good choice for an upgrade on a Skyline. Here's a couple of links to some old posts, one from here, one from elsewhere. A lot of it pertains to adjustable prop valves, but the idea is the same. There are plenty of discussions on here about this issue from al the many years of people wanting a cheap/accessible option. https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/ https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/
    • Yeah dunno why johhny posted that here with no context, just post on FB/insta bro where he put it up?  Laine had an off at T4 during Thurs prac, he's ok, car is less than perfect, they are done for the weekend, he can fill in the rest. Bando also binned it like 100m up the road.
    • I feel there must have been a FB/insta post and the weekend did not start well at all I hope everyone is all okay
