Do a search mate not long ago there was a thread started for this I think it's in this section

Can't rennet exactly wat separates the two but pretty sure gas something to do with hot wire and sticker alignment on the side

Yeah i have seen a post on it but wanted to get some opinions as i still wasnt 100%

Why doesnt it have the Nissan logo this is my question?

Is that because its a bosch?

Yeah i think it is because it is a bosh one and not a genuine nissan. although correct me if im wrong but i think bosh and jecs actually manufactured the z32 for nissan?

I would have thought Bosch made AFM for Nissan...

Same with their fuel pumps...

Nissan out source many companies to manufacture their parts... I believe.

like mitsubishi (different part of mitsubishi than what makes the cars. same parent company though). lots of car companies have mitsubishi parts in them.

Yeh i think your right from what i have heard. Bosh can make some good products!

I have noticed that, both my CAS and Stock BOV have Mitsubishi symbols on them.

Yeah, all true.

And yes, I believe it is Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) who make the parts that are for other car manufactures.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
