and thats where people go wrong. over inflated prices.

Mate I work in remarketing and auctions with pickles and Mannheim, through Mercedes Benz. It's called average whole sale as compared to rrp. Pickles will sell at a lesser rate due to their valuations being at average whole sale. But when you compare 33s to 34s there is quite a difference in price so average whole sale on a damaged 34 is still quite high for what it is. I wouldn't see that 34 going for any less that $3k especially since its repairable.

That 33 on the other hand may sell for $50-$100 for the panels. If not, it will get scrapped

If bought for $50-100 you'd make a profit on just selling the front mount and sending the rest to sims.

Most definitely. But it's not just buying for $100, theres also a holding fee towing etc. then the time to scrap part and all the other shit. The only people to benefit would be a private buyer, and shop to buy it it's more of a loss than a gain.

If you've got 1k to spend and are happy to spend up to then seriously go to the auction. Or atleast inspect it. You'll be suprised at how little it will cost you.

You'd benefit from the 34 a lot more if you parted and sold bits!

Your car might but your hip pocket won't. I finished wrecking an S1 GTST recently, barely broke even cus I kept all the good bits for myself.

that in itself is profit, because you wouldnt have had to spend the coin getting those bits separately.
