I'd rather having insurance and searching forever for 'perfect' car than not having insurance at all...

That way I'm able to sleep at night knowing I'm covered.

That's just me, you can put security system to shame Fort Knox and someone will find a way to steal it, unfortunately it's the way it is nowdays.

u wot m8? I never said you shouldn't have insurance, i just said that your comment of insure it and who gives a f**k if it gets stolen is wrong and you should still be paranoid about your car getting stolen, because it will take you forever to find a car like the one you had (unless you had a piece of shit before hand)

As for finding 'perfect' car differs to everybody.

One might want to go OCD, other would go with reasonable condition.

Each to their own, I'm just saying anyone's car can get stolen anywhere, in any way (carjacking, flat bed, good 'ol break and Hotwire etc).

Like I said, if people want to steal your car, they will. But that's for another topic.

*sighs*

It's up to you whether you want to be paranoid or not about your car.

That is what insurance is for amongst other things such as being covered should idiots out on the road hits you etc... Which I'm sure you know this.

It's a attitude I chose with my car. If it happen to me, well, shit happens.

Your whole attitude towards it is wrong. Might aswell never lock my car and leave my keys in the ignition because i have insurance right? Who gives a f**k if it gets stolen.

Of course i know of this, my last gtr got stolen, my new one i bought had someone try break into it 2nd day i had it and i got rear ended 3rd time driving it. I have been without my gtr for about 3 and a bit weeks now because some top bloke fell asleep at the wheel. Don't worry about the inconvenience on missing out on drives with my mates and other shit though because i have insurance................. -_-

With the shit that has happened to me with my cars and the area i live in i will ALWAYS be paranoid as f**k, as everyone should be.

wait till the vilella brothers get to his joint. his views on getting his car stolen will change. Theres a guy in my street that chains his gtr at night by chains i mean he loops it on both the rear tyres. the only way to get through it is to grind it cause conventional bolt cutters wont work.

Simple solution move or stop buying nice cars !

Also leaving you car unlocked and leaving keys in the ignition voids your insurance

insurance doesnt have to know your car was unlocked and keys were in the ignition.

Hahaha i know right? You need to do that these days to keep the car from those speds. My cars stay in the garage these days and the dog sleeps in there too now, just in case they get in and he gets a bit hungry lol

I must say, after seeing that map, would've thought there would have been more, much more out west.

Great idea and great work!..........now it's off to bed with my new Redbull drift series t-shirt!

I'm a lucky gal.

Night guys x

Oh and a BIG kiss on the bonnet of my V35 baby!

Need to set one up with a GPS tracker and leave it on the street in a semi industrial area of the north west. Would just be a matter of time before it's taken, then call the rozzers and track it, would probably end up at the same place as half the other stolen skylines.

The same rozzers that caught the guy that stole my car who is still out and about stealing cars? -_-

Haha ain't that the way. But do 4km/h over the speed limit and they'll fight tooth and nail to make you pay the fine :)
