If this car is in Malaysia , i think i know the owner, he is a malay singer which came form a rich family, 5 year back he got an RX7 series 6 or 7 i forgot which have 700hp.

Back to this car, he bought this lancer just to mod, he car has been in workshop for 6 month just for mod body kits. His mod was very nice during tat time but now it is SUCK but then again that lancer is just his TOY car or some experimemtal car
