Darkon631
Ok, this will probably be the stupidest thing ever asked but, I'm not sure what model R34 I have (enr/er....) So, it was imported by a dealership but the sticker on the car say its a GTR with the RB26 in it when it is a RB25 neo 25gt. Some stickers say its an ER34 but I'm not sure. Can anybody help? Darkon631
The vin has er34 in it but some websites list the enr34 as the non-turbo rb25 and some say that the er34 is non-turbo. Is that correct? The difference between enr and er is the turbo? xntrq
The vin has er34 in it but some websites list the enr34 as the non-turbo rb25 and some say that the er34 is non-turbo. Is that correct? The difference between enr and er is the turbo? Most R34's are RB25 Neo however they did have RB20DE Neo as well. Darkon631
So what's the difference between and enr34 and a bnr34? Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/431514-what-is-my-car/#findComment-7010795 Share on other sites

Darkon631
And the enr is just the 25gt? So would enr or bnr parts fit an er? Sorry if this all seems stupid, just trying to get my head around comparability Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/431514-what-is-my-car/#findComment-7010825 Share on other sites

Sorry if this all seems stupid, just trying to get my head around comparability Only VERY minor things like trims, vents, dashes, climate control unit will fit. Otherwise its a different vehicle ground up. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/431514-what-is-my-car/#findComment-7010857 Share on other sites
iseekool
The vin has er34 in it but some websites list the enr34 as the non-turbo rb25 and some say that the er34 is non-turbo. Is that correct? The difference between enr and er is the turbo? This is a stretch, but from memory the "n" denotes that it is an AWD... er34 is an ordinary RWD R34 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/431514-what-is-my-car/#findComment-7011513 Share on other sites
Kinkstaah
Also given the photo is a P plate compatible car, I'm going with Series 1 R34 GT Coupe. As to what's different between that and a R34 GTR - Everything.. and between a R34 GT and a R34 GT Turbo.. almost everything. At least so much so that for any meaningful upgrade (performance wise) for the Non Turbo car the answer will be "Sell and buy the car you want to turn the non-turbo into" This sounds vague and haphazard, but it will turn out to be very true.
