Wasn't much socialising going on at all, everyone kept with who they knew, I only meet a few people322kw R32GTR

When we run official SAU Events I think that we Execs always try to not permit people to be left out!

This is why at Tech Days for our Members we always have name tags. In fact at this private cruise, Redline_GTR Chris kindly donated a roll of new tags for SAU run events. Please come along/join!

PM me if you wish! Terry

Terry!!! Brennan, you know that feeling when you've had a grinder of a day, counting your 11th hour still in the office, yet to catch the 40 minute train ride home and then walk to your stand alone skyline?

Do you know how much different I would feel knowing I had a SAU decal?? LOL

Terry, no comment, you know what my question is!! :)

Thank you again everyone for this awesome cruise. Sadly, it will be my last for our wagon & is now for sale (it's served it's purpose & a shameful plug, I know), but please post or pm me pics for memories &/or permissions of usage for sale pics. My intention is to stay active within the club & come back with an R34 of some description.....

Good luck with the sale ill pm you later tonight with some pics I have

Not sure why 'Quote' option is not working for me.

But to reply to Terry, actually, the fuel gauge still showed quarter tank left when I finally filled up in Windsor

Oh and some great shots there. Glad to see my car looks nice and clean in the photos too! Washing is overrated ;)

Spotted KAIJU going north over the Harbour Bridge yesterday arvo! :D

Great pics everyone. Jason you got some great ones of mine. Also like Sammi D's shots while we were rolling.

Yeah the hillclimb and descent into Megalong Valley is pretty spectacular. The shadows over the road make it harder to spot the divots and dips in the road though!

I was just spewing I couldn't get more rolling shots.. I tried to get some of Matt and Owen going in and out of Megalong Valley, but they both had a habit of flying off every time my camera was ready!! LOL!!

Ha! I probably wouldn't have noticed you if you were in your beamer and honked at me.. "who the hell is this guy" lol

I'm sorry again for the lead foot lol. But you got plenty of good shots of everyone.

    • I couldn't wait But, the black constant tension hose clamps were too thick and there wasn't enough clearance at the T/B and I couldn't get it to seat properly, so I had use a silver one there I also added some 3" silicone over the alloy bit that goes through to hole on the radiator support as it looked like it was sitting on the edge of the hole in the radiator support, I never noticed a rattle or anything, but there was a witness mark It is basicly done, and I can live with the silver hose clamp at the T/B, I will get a black clamp for the head vent though where it is attached to the bulkhead fitting  It never stops...LOL, only issue now with the shock tower brace is it slightly touches the under bonnet liner now, if I leave it it will either wear some paint off the brace where it touches, or damage the liner, so I removed the liner to see what I have to work with, with the liner removed I have about 20mm of clearance, but sadly the middle part of the underside of the bonnet is only dusted with paint and looks crap, so I cannot have that, but.... as I have a roll of Carbuilders premium under bonnet insulation in the garage laying around that is only 5.5mm thick (we were going to use it on the boys Patrol, but he crashed the front of it a few months and it was written off, hence why he now drives my old Honda Accord Euro), I'll use the OEM liner as a template and get the Carbuilders stuff fitted up to cover that dusted paint up
    • You have a knack for photography my friend. It makes the 86 look like a complete bucket. The 34 went with you to Europe and back. It's special. (we all feel the same about our 'shitboxes' that every bystander seems to absolutely love)
    • It's been quite the ordeal but hey, at least you figured it out.
    • The final part arrived today to un-clampify and simplify the intake Who would have though a 1/2" hose stainless bulkhead fitting designed for below waterline bilge pumps would be what I needed Test fit on a 3" offcut I had laying around to see if it would work, and it worked a treat All going well the intake will be on its "final version" tomorrow
