92GTR-Dave
From my understanding when you replace the oil pump the engine has to come out. What else should i be looking to replace while its out? Ambi3nce
From my understanding when you replace the oil pump the engine has to come out. What else should i be looking to replace while its out? Depends what you want to spend. If tracking is on cards a a dry or better baffled sump/oil pick up could be on the cards. If you don't want to do big ticket stuff then take the time to replace engine mounts and repaint anything required etc Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/440828-need-advice-on-building-a-330-350wkw-r32-gtrstreet-only/page/2/#findComment-7249395 Share on other sites

If you don't want to do big ticket stuff then take the time to replace engine mounts and repaint anything required etc I would much rather do everything while its out to prevent from having to take it out again and go do something I could of done in the first place. I already planned on replacing the engine/tranny mounts anyways. The car is basically stock(except coilovers and pods). Its going to be a street car. I won't be taking it out to the track at all. Maybe the drag strip once just to see what it runs(after I'm done).
