Times from last year. http://blog.nulon.com.au/2014/04/nulon-nationals-results-round-1-2014/

From memory, the SAU team only got a dry run on the first pass. All passes after that were wet.

Nick Adams ran with the Nulon team and thus had a couple of dry passes. I recon his time is the one to match or beat: 41.24.

Duncan ran in Neils "stock" R33 (Cheryl) for a 46.75. I'd expect him to be a bit faster in the Stag tow vehicle :P

The track record is 31 seconds

The fastest run for our team was the sighting lap... Our first cruise up the hill just to see where the road went! Pretty sad :P

so were all aiming for 39's

can someone link some incar vids so i can learn the track on friday night

i would not want to do a dave and hit the first barrier i see ( how embarassing)

You are aiming for 29's!!

Before that last sweeper there is now another chicane... If there is any footage from Nulon you will see it!

Bit of a disappointing day for me and hard for the SAU team all round.

Duncan's Stag wasn't finished so had to double enter with Pete.

Pete welded the clutch with a hard launch and was out most of the day. With a bit of team work they got it going again.

My woes were ignition cut out hard around 5.5k rpms. Did two passes and checking all wiring with no luck so I packed it up and came home.

Examining the ECU logs on the computer I noticed boost spike to 1.7/1.8 bar with the boost controller off. Turns out to have been a split line. Duh! Can't believe I was that stupid.

So I will get up early for another drive back up north for day 2. Let's hope I can lay down a good time.
