Sharky said it's all sweet m8. You don't really think they're gonna put a stop on their biggest industries (sex workers and selling beer to bogans) for a year do you?

I'm not really interested in finding out lol

I went to Belarus before I ever went to Bali though so I guess I'm in the minority

Third world cost

Third world hygiene and healthcare

Third world experience

Can be good and bad but you don't always get to choose which parts you get

I can vouch for Thailand's hospitals being as good if not better than ours.  We're just so far up ourselves that we think that if someone can't speak English they can't possibly be any good at anything...

You can vouch for the food that poisoned you there too

A lack of English isn't at all my reason for saying that - besides my comment being about Indonesia/Bali - a lack of legal liability is

All those Indos heading home with a case of Aussie belly

I ate street food in Vietnam and Bali too, when in Rome, but no denying the risks are greater in places that don't have health inspectors checking their shit or the potential to get shut down. The holidays are cheap; there has to be a trade off somewhere.

chicken kebab off a bike vendor in Viet.

as in the rotation of the chick skewer was linked to the bike pedals.

that was my balliest move.

on another trip ate same as co worker on everything but last night, he got salad with meal I had chips.

he ended up in hospital on a drip, I ended up at a bar with a bunch of locals.

when you can see black flecks in the water, stick with beer and deep fried shit.

got to Malaysia yesterday and first thoughts is it's up with Hong Kong as fav asian place, really liking it.

Bali over Vietnam

Really

I guess they don't have Bintang singlets in Vietnam

People were nicer, don't get me wrong the hotel staff etc were fine, it's the random taxi driver / people on the street that shitted me in Vietnam

I mean Kuta wasn't that good in Bali but other places were decent I thought, maybe it's because everyone told me Vietnam is so good and I had high expectations

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
