Birds. According to the news if you wait a bit these suburbs are likely to have a lot of people at risk of defaulting on their home loans.

Derrimut, Point Cook, Werribee, Cranbourne, Craigieburn

Lots of new homes and new estates in these areas...guessing people who used first home benefits to get into the market and borrowing near their max.

House market is messed up but owning one isn't for everyone at any stage of their life.

Sounds like there is Per User Shaping and quota...

If you're going through 500mb in 5 minutes, turn down the quality of the video until it all looks like japanese porn.

It happens on my phone and laptop, regardless of usage.

And why would I be able to download a 100mb file at full speed, but not able to load IMDb or Google at the same time?

YouTube defaults to 360p or lower because of poor buffering

seems like its pretty solid at 0.045. An order there will probably sit there for a week or more until theres a dump for no reason.

still got a while to go. I'll sit and wait till after tax time. No more buying for me. Need to focus on my MMA gambling side gig. live betting online is quite lucrative.

No rush, results aren't due until late June anyway. It will probably ramp up prior to that though on expectations and people taking positions, so my entry is looking st around mid June or before if I can get my 4.3 order through. It's looking doubtful though; order expires next week. Definitely sunk from the 4.9 we saw pre-spud and I think it will hit 4.4 again in the meantime, maybe even 4.3 but 4.5 is yes probably a good floor we can agree on.

The bigger issue is people thinking they can borrow to their absolute limit when credit is cheap. But ignore the fact they clearly can't afford it when rates go up.

I don't know how this happens in Australia anyway. From what I've seen, using all the banks' and lenders' calculators on their websites, they seem only prepared to lend you at most an amount with a repayment rate of around 60% your after tax income - basically budgeting/assuming my expenses on my behalf, when the reality is, rent aside, I'm capable of saving easily 80% my monthly income. Some calculators did not reduce the total lend amount until I put in $1500+ of monthly expenses...

So unless you lose your job I don't know how people are defaulting unless degenerate alcoholism / gambling population who can't control their spending. Having kids could explain a good chunk of it, but shit...not everyone can afford those either.

I think this is a big part of it.

you look at it now and your both kid free, earning good income no worries.

kid comes along, loose one income for a period plus extra bills, is that 80% still correct then? prob not.

And unfortunately for some these days it's a choice of house or kids.

I'd be curious to know the % of disability welfare people and age groups vs somewhere like UK or Canada. There seem to be a lot of able bodied people around who seem to choose not to work... I know a lot of people can't work, but them seem to be a lot who can.
I guy I used to know had short term memory loss from a motorbiking accident, was on the pension and occasionally do labour cashies. His stories of his previous jobs just sounded like he was being a difficult ass hole who would argue with people, so was easier to not work...

As simon says *lel* user shaping & guest wifi policies

LSE. currently we follow them.

LSE finished down lastnight and we were even at the start of the day

19mil traded just about worthy of a speeding ticket, something is going on - serious movement, a pump and dump or leaks

Beat a ZX10 and an R1 to the speed limit...don't see how this is possible when my R1 used to eat everything up, even with a shitty launch. They were certainly trying though :/

1. They weren't trying

2. They're shit riders

One of the above, obviously as you know those bikes are capable of a 10sec flat (maybe even 9s)

I'm gonna go with shit riders

I'm usually focused on the road ahead for such events, but def heard that R1 revving. Odd in itself cause 1st gear tops out at 160+

3rd possibility...mocked up litre bikes or...good guy Gregs who try to give other people narrow victories? lol

    • I guess one thing that might be wrong is the manifold pressure.  It is a constant -5.9 and never moves even under 100% throttle and load.  I would expect it to atleast go to 0 correct?  It's doing this with the OEM MAP as well as the ECU vacuum sensor. When trying to tune the base map under load the crosshairs only climb vertically with RPM, but always in the -5.9 column.
    • AHHHH gotchaa, I'll do that once I am home again. I tried doing the harness with the multimeter but it seems the car needed a jump, there was no power when it was in the "ON" position. Not sure if I should use car battery jump starter or if its because the stuff that has been disconnect the car just does send power.
    • As far as I can tell I have everything properly set in the Haltech software for engine size, injector data, all sensors seem to be reporting proper numbers.  If I change any injector details it doesnt run right.    Changing the base map is having the biggest change in response, im not sure how people are saying it doesnt really matter.  I'm guessing under normal conditions the ECU is able to self adjust and keep everything smooth.   Right now my best performance is happening by lowering the base map just enough to where the ECU us doing short term cut of about 45% to reach the target Lambda of 14.7.  That way when I start putting load on it still has high enough fuel map to not be so lean.  After 2500 rpm I raised the base map to what would be really rich at no load, but still helps with the lean spots on load.  I figure I don't have much reason to be above 2500rpm with no load.  When watching other videos it seems their target is reached much faster than mine.  Mine takes forever to adjust and reach the target. My next few days will be spent making sure timing is good, it was running fine before doing the ECU and DBW swap, but want to verify.  I'll also probably swap in the new injectors I bought as well as a walbro 255 pump.
    • It would be different if the sealant hadn't started to peel up with gaps in the glue about ~6cm and bigger in some areas. I would much prefer not having to do the work take them off the car . However, the filler the owner put in the roof rack mount cavities has shrunk and begun to crack on the rail delete panels. I cant trust that to hold off moisture ingress especially where I live. Not only that but I have faded paint on as well as on either side of these panels, so they would need to come off to give the roofline a proper respray. My goal is to get in there and put a healthy amount of epoxy instead of panel filler/bog and potentially skin with carbon fiber. I have 2 spare rolls from an old motorcycle fairing project from a few years back and I think it'd be a nice touch on a black stag.  I've seen some threads where people replace their roof rack delete with a welded in sheet metal part. But has anyone re-worked the roof rails themselves? It seems like there is a lot of volume there to add in some threads and maybe a keyway for a quick(er) release roof rack system. Not afraid to mill something out if I have to. It would be cool to have a cross bar only setup. That way I can keep the sleek roofline that would accept a couple bolts to gain back that extra utility  3D print some snazzy covers to hide the threaded section to be thorough and keep things covered when not using the rack.
    • Probably not. A workshop grade scantool is my go to for proper Consult interrogation. Any workshop grade tool should do it. Just go to a workshop.
