If its a r33 s2 with pink label afm
Its a common fault the afm get dry solder joints easy fix
Just remelt and add solder on the joints once you remove the cover then reseal it

The way i knew i had this fault was there was a apexi safc installed already when i bought the car and the afm signal would cut out 0v when it played up
Easily tested if you have a consult cable or know someone with a scan tool for nissans and go for a test drive to see if the air flow metre signal cuts out

    • That's one of the reasons I got that breed, they look weird, the other reasons are they small, they are very vocal, and run around like they are on crack, I didn't want a breed that just sits around, these two are like kids on red cordial  My daughter has one, and it's a laugh riot, constantly doing Parkour around the house, sits on her shoulder, plays catch, and constantly runs around the house taking turns chasing the dog around, her Bermese though, just lays around with constant bitch face, and just looks on in utter disgust at the cat and dog playing together

    • It's all about the socialisation of the dogs. In that first 8 to 16 weeks of age they need to be taught to be nice and friendly with everything. That way they generalise it to everything. That said, some days you'll just never beat genetics, but 99% of the time dogs chasing cats is purely lack of socialisation, and then the chasing part can turn into prey drive.
