2000cc injectors

Recommended Posts

Couldn't find the exact injector but guessing would be something like these https://www.efisolutions.com.au/bosch-2000cc-fuel-injector-0-280-158-821

Spend the extra money on these, much better control at idle & cruise. Makes a massive difference when tuning if the injector is linear & comes with all the data to setup correctly

Injector choice is one thing a lot of people don't understand that is important especially with a high powered flex fuel street car.
Better off buying something that comes with all the info not just 2d deadtime/voltage offset. Want flow at diffrent pressures, min pulse width and pulsewidth adder.
Places to look for data are

Not to mention the Bosch 2000cc are a gas, not liquid injector, and are shit for reliability. Been a lot of bad reports about them changing flow rates after repeated liquid use, causing individual cylinder lean outs.

Lithium wrote something very detailed about them in here, I think it might be somewhere in the Borg Warner EFR thread.

Well at least they are proper car injectors supplied to Ford

That's right but no doubt Bosch makes various kinds of injectors. These appear to be for petrol engines but the table I found may not have all the info the OP requires. This is what Lithium was talking about:

SPECIFICALLY about "Bosch 2200cc" / ID2000 injectors.

Can't find a petrol 2000cc on the Bosch motorsport site, so is there one ? The Bosch 1550/1650cc seems to be the largest guaranteed from Bosch for petrol. I thought the Siemens 2000cc + (2400cc ?) was the only guaranteed petrol one on the market after speaking with CRD and Maatouks. They are around the $300 mark each too, a lot dearer than the Bosch 2000cc

If you follow my link you will find that they were OEM on a number of Ford cars.

Yep thats right. They are also listed as flowing 252cc/min, not 2000cc. This is for part 2F1E-A7A.

I take it OP is referring to the eBay ad listing these injectors as 6 x R34 2000cc injectors for $200 ?

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/r34-skyline-2000cc-bosch-fuel-injectors-x6-2F1E-A7A-200/124054198368?hash=item1ce234d860:g:IcAAAOSw2bRd5hmr

There does not appear to be a part number 2F1E-A7A-2000, even though they are shown on the packaging.

I suspect these are Ford Taurus 2000 model injectors, not 2000cc injectors and seller has no idea.
