32 Skyline indicators (need help)

My 32 sedan has a indicator problem, the left hand turn signal works but when I go to turn to the right it makes a sound under the dash sounding like the fuse is about to go, which eventually it does I’m not sure if a relay is buggered or shorting out ? ?

Get a new flasher relay job done.

Follow the sound...

Under the steering wheel towards the left. Turn blinkers on while under there and hear the sound.

I´ve often had this problem, it turned out to be a problem in the wires to the back of the front indicator assembly.
