Really? didn't hear about that one.

Not this?

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to a single vehicle collision, which occurred on Athllon Drive, Kambah yesterday (Thursday, September 13).

Around 12.20pm, a silver Nissan Skyline GT coupe was travelling north on Athllon Drive (approximately 200m north of Sulwood Drive) when it left the roadway and rolled down an embankment. The 22-year-old Theodore man was the only occupant of the vehicle and was not injured in the collision.

ACT Policing’s Collision Investigation and Reconstruction Team are currently investigating the incident.

Any witnesses to the collision who have not yet spoken to police are urged to contact ACT Policing Operations on 131-444. Alternatively, they can call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000

Fantastic

Police have today charged a man with Skye’s Law and several other traffic offences after he led police on four pursuits in Queanbeyan throughout yesterday.

About 8.25am, 8.30am, 10.45pm and 11.10pm on Monday 17 September police from the Monaro Local Area Command attempted to stop a black Nissan Skyline vehicle for a number of traffic offences.

Each pursuit was terminated by police due to speed and safety concerns regarding the way the vehicle was being driven.

Police will also allege the 33-year-old male driver refused to stop his vehicle when officers on foot attempted to do so in Morisset Street, Queanbeyan at 3.35pm.

About 10.20pm yesterday the driver also allegedly committed a fail to pay for fuel offence at Sutton.

Shortly before 8am today the man was arrested at a home in High Street, Queanbeyan and conveyed to the local police station.

He was later charged with Skye’s Law (x 4), drive whilst disqualified (x 6), disobey police direction, fraud (fail to pay for fuel) and display misleading number-plate.

The man was bail refused and is expected to re-appear at Queanbeyan Local Court tomorrow (Wednesday 19 September 2012).

At this time the Nissan Skyline has not been located however police continue to follow several lines of inquiry about its location.

Inquiries continue.

Stay out of Queanbyhole for a while then!

I know a guy with a black R33 who lives there, I sent him the story saying, was this you?? lol

What a complete tosspot... obviously doesn't give a shit about anything if he did it not once but four times!!!

You'll be right! You sound like me when I'm trying to snipe an ebay auction hahaha

Yeah trouble is anyone can own a $5k R33 these days, and even stock-ish you'd have a good chance if you're thrashing the balls out of it without giving a shit about anything... where the cops are probably trying to NOT mow down the general public, or objects, and are maybe holding back a bit.

Not to mention they called them off - they have to these days, especially after that f**khead Mully and all the backlash they got.

Mully was the guy the cops chased from Queanbeyan down Canberra Ave.... he crashed at Fyshwick near the bridge taking out another family (who ended up being his mates and just as bad as him). Unfortunately there was also a baby :(

The only survivor was his girlfriend.

There's heaps of stories on it, but here's one... you can see his classy friends have left Jim Beam at his accident spot.

Man that Winfield car not only looked good, it stuck like shit. Not a hint of understeer.

I can't wait to test out the latest lot of mods at the SAU nationals. Try and catch you this time.

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.
    • My Nismo 1.5 churps a bit on reverse turns when cold, but besides that feels like a stock diff.
    • Yes, but, I paid cash and I'm pretty sure the receipt was in the bin 10 minutes after I got home Note to self, keep all receipts

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
