Good joke....

And ill be out to the Friday meet as soon as i get the GTR back. Don't know when that will be though. 2 weeks maybe? maybe more i don't know. I just bought a house and an engagement ring and my car will be about $3000 so im pretty poor at the moment so im in no real rush to pick it up LOL

Grats man ! Sounds like an intense week for you ! Are you getting a flash mob for this proposal, seems the norm lately.

That thing is beyond cray. Lightweight... EVERYTHING. 115 pages later. Wish they kept the green though. Cannot be called Hulk whilst being blue haha

I think the fastest GTR is on Dragtimes (Youtube) the car was 1700bhp and was beyond quick ! it was giving 10 second cars a headstart.

Estimated power 1200bhp. Cheers for sharing. Will read some more in my lunch break.

edit: found the youtube video but cannot link from phone.

Times: 22.538 sec. 382.16km/h (1 mile)

0-100km/h -2.99sec

0-200km/h-8.54sec

0-300km/h -12.37km

They normally give 1/4 mile times but they didn't this time. weird.

Just saw this post on Facebook :(

Sad News, Marques in the Park will not be held this year, I was unable to get a club to take on the running of the event.

That is a bit sad :(

Spoke too soon!!

What can I say, within 24 hours of saying it has been cancelled the American Car Club have said they will run the show, so great news, please share, Date is still to be confirmed.

Saw that. Douchebags.

Also anyone hear anything about a car rolling on Horsepark Drive this morning? I may have turned up not long after it happened, car on it's roof and police closing the road!

UFC 162. He was doing his normal disrepectful show boating and prentending it didnt hurt when he got tagged.

Dropped his hand and showboated while moving straight back...A big no no and one of the first things any fighter is taught.

Weidman didnt stop and continued to follow up and caught him flush and he went down. Weidman jump on him and made sure he was out cold.

    • Why are you so adamant on going M12? Why not follow Brad (GTSBoy) suggestion. You're talking moving from a 1/8" size, to a 1/2" effectively. 4 times bigger. Why skip the commonly available sizes in between? The bigger you go, the more likely you are to strip the threads out at a later date, as guaranteed, someone will put a huge spanner on the M12 and really tighten it up, and you're only in thin wall, so not a lot of threads to engage!
    • Hi. Yeah thanks. Car is already at tuners and it staying there to resolve "many" issues they do not like. So it is in a good hands. Getting a good tune on that Nistune ECU too so the car would be good. Just needs a little tune up and love.
    • Probably gonna remove manifold and turbo. I’m not sure if I can get M12 x 1.5 air tight. Could use high temp Loctite 246 or something similar, but I don’t know. Maybe it’s just best to remove everything again and weld an 1/8NPT on there instead.
    • Yeah, saw the ratios, not impressed. Would like the punch I have in the first gears now. With those ratios it won't be the same.  Also want the h pattern gearing, or at least a quiet gear set that don't need to come apart for service each year. Looks like the only "reasonable" way Is a 8hp70 transmission, but where is the fun in that🤷‍♂️
