lol yeah that didn't go well, did it....

It's kind of hard to answer re the exhaust, I've got it on the race car. It is quieter than the 4" exhaust that it replaced and I don't run the silencer of course. We do a lot of klms cruising on rallies and it didn't worry me. On the other hand I guess plenty of people have found them too loud for street car use because they often turn up second hand and cheap on here....

yeah it does look f**king awesome.

or at least it did until I took the big jump at targa high country and turned it from an O to a D shape :(

also it is way light, something like 8kg for the cat back....my old steel one was super heavy

you could have my HKS super dragger when i replace mine if you want kyle.

Consider it repayment for the A/C gear!

Cheers for the offer but its all good man, ill make an exhaust so i can swap a side pipe when required. For later on activities lol.

The ti sounds unreal though

Not exactly a coppermix but have a twin plate nismo g max. Don't have anything else but the stocker to compare against but happy for you to check it out when you're free. I had a twin plate coppermix in my previous s15 and couldn't fault it.

Agree but I never said that it was priced for what it is. Just saying there's one there. They'd eventually have to wake up to reality at some stage if they want to offload it.

    • Unsolicited advice? Keep the engine as close to stock as you can. Nothing wrong with adding some boost and making a little more power, but given where you are, you really don't want to try to make it into a monster. I can't imagine the roads are up to it, and the lack of locla support when it grenades will be a ball ache. FWIW, If there is a dyno around that you can access, then brand new injectors are a good idea, which will lead you to (at least) putting a Nistune in it, which will allow you to put an R35 AFM on it, all of which will make it possible to make it much much nicer to drive and live with.
    • List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter?
    • @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand
    • You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...
