ahh yes Troy, but in this pic you can clearly see it's a tomei boost controler: :P

BTW the oil pressure is not particularly good. with oil temp below 30 degrees C I'd be expecting oil pressure to be up and above 6 bar at idle.

Also considering that there is no System Head-Unit visible, and theres an amp.........where would it be? In the dash?

Possibly in the glove box or mounted behind and to the side of the driver somehow. Since there's no rear seat there are a number of things that could be done given the extra space.

Good spot:)....so whats the hose coming out of the master cylinder:confused:

If you mean the 'pipe' that appears to come from underneath the reservoir and loop back behind it, then that's the lead for the reservoir level sensor......mine has that.

Arent they a little 2 pin lug and wire though? That looks to be a hydraulic fitting and hose of some description...dunno, its probably nothing out of th eordinary:)

You bought a GTR and you dont know what a numberplate bracket is! ncie one :D

LoL its obvious when you concentrate.......I posted those pics at like 1.30am last night....there, that's my excuse ;)

hmm, there are a few things I don't like about it, but they can be fixed :D

-The hand brake raises up way too high as Ronin said

-Roll Cage and Gauges usually/definately means it was a race car

-Dusty engine bay...has it been parked for a while?

whats the kays on the clock?

also it has a white dash, is that a 320 kit?, nice if it is

looks wikid in red

Yeah engine bay does look dusty, hand brake is def. poorly adjusted, maybe the bolt that holds it in place is loose? Yeah, def. has been raced, then again, so have a LOT of GTRs, especially the 89/90 ones that have come in......will probably need a bit of dosh to fix up some small bits n pieces.......i'm used to that though, as is the norm with GTR ownership.

Meanwhile we're on the topic of GTRs being raced, I think my current one was raced as well, it came with a fancy belt mechanism, and some E (exit?) sticker lol.....hmmmm just thinking out aloud. Anyway, heres a pic that has both the racing belt and the E sticker for those who are interested!

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.
    • My Nismo 1.5 churps a bit on reverse turns when cold, but besides that feels like a stock diff.
    • Yes, but, I paid cash and I'm pretty sure the receipt was in the bin 10 minutes after I got home Note to self, keep all receipts
    • Bunnings would have just handed you your money back on that one!
    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
