A handy arrangement last week has led to Golgo sporting some new footwear. Replacing the stalwart TE37s are a set of Work Emotion CR Kai rims - in bronze, of course.

I think they look great!

Is a slightly darker bronze than the Volks - but it suits the purple perfectly.

Still 18x9.5" - the offset is slightly different, so they don't sit out quite as wide as the TEs did... but the difference is negligable.

They have stickers which will be applied in due course - as we all know how much I like stickers :D

The Volks have gone to a very deserving home - so stay tuned to see them on their new owner in the coming weeks. Will look hot :P

Ah Shan, that's the door.

The a-pillar is the bit the windscreen is attached to :D

But yes... the stickers are my next project.

Time they came off I'm afraid :P

BTW: Technically, since I still have the Rays wheel nuts - it's OK to leave them though :P

    • Ended up just being a loose exhaust bolt luckily.
    • Yeah I made that post way too early, sorry I must have assumed it was bad because it's a 20+ year old thrashed shitbox lol. It was just a loose exhaust bolt.
    • Like others have said, drop the power to give your drivetrain a % of reliability until you can up the drivetrain reliability  It isn't rocket science, build power to the weakest link with a % of safety Whilst upping the the reliability of the drive train is costly, there's no point in having the engine make big power if it keeps eating the drivetrain....ask me how I know, I had the tow truck on speed dial for a few years, and I spent huge amounts of money fixing issues and breakages that really would have been cheaper in the long run if I did it right the first time Me, I like a nice sized fudge factor, that keeps me off the tow truck
    • I don't understand what the issue is with, turn the boost down and start saving $$.  As soon as you can afford the supporting mods, turn the boost back up.  If the car is running fine, enjoy it. Turning the boost down isn't going to kill you.
