unfortunately mate you wont be able to get anything decent (any car) for $3K. appart from that it's not really economical as rego costs are around $1K per year, insurance will be at least that (more like $4K if you can somehow get a GTST) running costs will be another couple of thousand per year too. your best bet is just to save and save and when you are a little older with some income then buy a car you can afford. talk to rrrage. i remember when he was just your age and keen as hell to get a skyline. he lurked on here for a few years learning about skylines, then went and bought himseld a nice 32 GTST when he could finally afford it.
