Low km GTRs exist. Granted mine is a 1997 model but it only has 32k on it. Knowning who owned it since 1999 helps verify that though.
If you are unsure check seats, steering wheel, handbrake, pedals etc for wear. It's pretty obvious when a car has done a lot of kms. Low km cars from Japan are around, I imported a 1985 RX7 with only 45k on it, was practically brand new under build up from being unused. You just have to be careful and know where to look.
The one in the trader for $18.5k with 128k on it looks nice, tidy and honest.
