  1. I dunno, just that your previous post is bullshit, and you must be pretty young. Never mind. I haven't met you to know for sure, so I will just for now think you are a total tool, until I know otherwise. I am happy to be proved wrong.
  2. f**k! you always need a tune.
  3. thanks for that. you also get f**k all range. its not win win.
  4. also, Adelaide has f all e85 pumps, so water meth injection makes more sense here.
  5. Wow. Most guys that convert a car to run e85 do not use the sensor so no flex fuel. that's why they need to store fuel. what's hard to understand about that?
  6. stop spamming dude.back to OP, really depends On your power goal what setup you run. I would have thought stock internal pump would be fine when used with external pump and surge tank edit. just read you already have a walbro, so disregard
  7. wow, you really do freak out! No need for new head. There are mobile thread repair guys that would be able to repair it.
  8. where do you live? can't see sig on phone. if you are in sa I have some working coils you can try
  9. I would bet that your issues have nothing to do with those hoses. When was it last serviced? plugs? coils rooted?
  10. Hi guys, I am planning a 2530 into my S2 RS stagea (rwd, neo) Now heres my dilemma. It is my daily, so need to be able to do an engine swap in a weekend, so cant pull down my engine to do it. I have bought an RB30 and a non neo RB25de to use the head. The plan is to put the neo inlet manifold onto the head, due to injectors, sensors etc. The thing is I know the neo exhaust valves are bigger, so how much would using a non neo head hurt the power? I am not after huge power, currently making 285 with a GT3071 and will be using the same turbo. Looking at improving drive-ability and torque. I have searched like mad but cant find an answer. So has anyone put a non neo rb2530 into a car that had a neo, and what was the outcome? Thanks Ben
  11. don't gtr's somehow get parts of the turbine back into the engine when they explode? would explain your compression issues.
  12. how much power were you making? surely you are already at or over 300kw ?
  13. The ticking noise is very likely detonation. get it onto a dyno.
  14. he is a mechanic, trust him....
  15. its not a propeller!
  16. funny, the guy that bought it has a thread in the general maintenance section http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/426338-possible-head-replacement/#entry6877785
  17. Surely this is pretty obvious. If the boost was holding before, and then the issue started when you put in the standard airbox then that is the cause. But I am betting its not the cause.
  18. Cmon man, telll us what you modified!!!!!!!!!!!1111
  19. must have been loose/dirty connections. There is no way iridium plugs would have worked any better than Copper plugs, especially with a bigger gap
  20. so what was nissans price?
  21. neo de heads have tiny Ports for higher gas speed. They are heaps smaller.
  22. Fromm what I have seen they idle fine with plug out of afm.
