Thanks, visibility isnt the best, however it was never great anyway as the rear view mirror has a tendency to vibrate in my car and tilt down all the time 😆 Side mirrors still work though, and im barely ever looking behind me! -

Not really a huge update but an update none the less! Just been enjoying driving the car a bit more, and going to local shows more often - car stands out like a sore thumb as im usually surrounded by holdens. Bought some bonnet struts and a set of 78 works rear lights. I've ordered a purple yelsha-d cam trigger kit, its delayed as they are waiting on shims. also ordered a clear timing belt cover and a carbon one. gonna see which one i like the best when the trigger kit arrives. Will be messing about with the ECU shortly and updating to the Nexus firmware. hoping i dont f**k anything, just got to rememeber to disconnect coilpack wiring i believe before uploading new firmware. are there any gotchas to look out for when converting from ESP to NSP? i believe the firmware on my 2500 is prettyu old as it was tuned about 4-5 years ago now. Anyway, enough talking and a few photos:- -
who did you use? im tempted to get my LM centres chromed

how come? i like mine, just wish you could mess about with the actual display a bit more, would be good if there was an editor to fully play around with things (like powertune for example)

brakes look great, i have a similar sized setup on the same wheels (HFM dogbone adapters and 324mm rotors) love how it pretty much fills the whole wheel! -

Getting fuel level signal into the ECU
DaymoR32 replied to Murray_Calavera's topic in General Automotive Discussion
That was @Hondakid90 i did about 30-40k's this weekend but fuel tank still has some in, hoping to do a bit more driving this weekend and fully empty my tank. voltaghe is still bouncing between 0.0 and 0.6v at the moment. -
Getting fuel level signal into the ECU

And when I say my voltage is erratic this is me sitting in my garage at idle. Wondering if one of them Haltech fuel conditioners will sort that out, or whether it’s an issue with wiring (have a relay running a thicker wire all the way to the fuel pump). IMG_3066.MOV -
Getting fuel level signal into the ECU
DaymoR32 replied to Murray_Calavera's topic in General Automotive Discussion
hey mate, im currently working on this now, i've set up a fuel level voltage so i can see the volts live (currently bouncing around 0.2 to 0.6 volts its very erratic) and im going to drive it till my car literally runs out of fuel. i have 2 jerry cans of e85 in the boot. once empy will take a photo of voltage. then i'll pour 5 litres in and take another photo (this will become my 0 litre value) then i'll brim it and take a photo of voltage again. This means i dont have to take anything out the fuel tank and my readings should be pretty accurate. Will update this thread once i get my readings. I barely use the car so it takes a while to empty a tank but i should only have about 5-10 litres left in it at the moment. using this video for reference - -
GOT SUM's RB34
DaymoR32 replied to klutched's topic in Members Cars, Project Overhauls & Restorations
thats really not a bad price at all, especially as you can spread the purchasing costs over a few items (rather than a big lump sum cost) -

I do like the look of the new M3 Touring that is coming out though. 375kw with space for your dog and groceries in the back. wonder if there is a way to stick an older front end on it though rather than the coke snorter grilles. Might have to take one for a test drive, and if it really is that good then the skyline “may” go…
