  1. 55mm of rain in 24hours In tuggers. More to come
  2. That sounds about right Have a look on supra forums. There should be a few 2j td06 builds/results on there
  3. Was a long time ago so don't remember the finer details
  4. 10cm I remember one of the guys on here making 600rwks on a RB26 using 2x TD06SL2-20G 8cm using pump 98
  5. I dont doubt STi will get their hands on it, possibly a 2.0L turbo 4wd STi version in the next couple of years
  6. The wording of the RTA.ACT site is Crap and very misleading. Modified cars, will mean cars that are required to have an engineering cert, Spetz as you found your lancer falls into that catagory. there are two types of modifications Basic/Minor/Common mods - ala exhausts, wheels etc etc (not including turbo upgrades) can be done at any approved inspection station and Extensive/Significant mods - ala engine swaps, brake upgrades etc etc that require an engineering cert will need to go through Dickson My advise, make EVERYTHING look as standard/Factory as possible, if possible Edit - See here http://www.rego.act.gov.au/assets/PDFs/Light%20Vehicle%20Modifications%20in%20the%20ACT.pdf and here http://www.infrastructure.gov.au/roads/vehicle_regulation/bulletin/vsb_ncop.aspx
  7. I read something the other day, but I cant find it to confirm but 200cc/min sounds familiar
  8. Compare the half a dozen tiny oil drains in the RB to the 12 x 14mm oil drains in a JZ So yes they are restrictive, most guys drill them out by 1mm as there isnt much room to move.
  9. Twin T67s (L2-25Gs) will be laggy! full boost at 4k with just 1 on a 2.5L motor, two of them on a 3L will be awful
  10. Cough* Subi Super GT version is better
  11. didnt get hail here at all this time Fkn 10 hours of lightning show was cool
  12. and surprise surprise, the ARMS8260's look to be a TD06H turbine wheel with possibly a Garrett GT 76.2mm comp wheel (its isnt a 25G wheel as they are 78mm)
  13. 7655 sounds a lot like garret gt2876 Going to jump on the computer in a min. Will confirm wheel sizes then edit - 68mm comp exducer 6/6 blade wheel and 56mm turbine wheel with 12 blades and according to tomei still journal bearing So to me and my quick look around, they are a TD05-20G in custom housings
  14. so you are going to run an internal gate setup and an external setup. im sorry but that has got to take the cake as one of the dumbest things I have ever heard are you running the HKS GT2835? and its HKS dump pipe? seriously, get a new dump pipe
  15. possible yes, practical no trying to cut and weld the cast iron flange would be a mega pain in the butt. you can buy flange plates form 6-boost/etm/any other manifold fabricator, but iirc the RB30 one wont line up with the 25 ports, so will have to be heated and bent to line up etc. more trouble than it is worth imo.
  16. Providing the inbuilt one has enough resolution, The Apdaptronics have a 4 Bar sensor...so unless you plan to run over 3Bar of boost, the inbuilt one will be fine
  17. Sure does Just thinking is there any simulation software out there? There is heaps for engine building, cam/head combo software stuff Haven't come across any for efi tuning though
  18. Think outside other r35 owners. Think of the guys with skylines/supras etc
  19. I share your thoughts on that. The fuel and ign maps are great. Some of the other stuff not so much Not that, that is a huge issue
  20. Ran ran a Gibson Motorsport r31 style cold pipe for a long time. Seemed to be the best compromise. Will did up a pick when I get home
  21. Yeah they are a good little unit. Software feels like it is 10 years old though
  22. I went to forward facing and lost response. as do most people
  23. http://adaptronic.com.au/products/440.html This is hard to beat Feature/$ Flex fuel, Speed density, In build knock headphone jack + knock control, and their predictive map feature
