  1. no idea what fuse, i think it was one in the boot
  2. yeah its weird with the fuse problem hey there are two whacko issues i see on the skyline with fuses 1 is std ecu works when 10amp is missing/dead but powerfc doesnt 2 is battery light remains on when a specific fuse in the boot is dead
  3. according to service maunal at idle of 800rpm it should be 1.5kgcm2 for RB26DETT no idea if you have std oil pump or other shit modified, but you could use that as base ie warm up engine drive around come back to garage let it idle for a minute take that voltage as base and assume it is 1.5kgcm2 and you have fairly basic comparison no idea if its linear or not ie lets say 1.5kcm2 is 1.0 not sure if 2.0v is 3.0kgcm2

there's a howto to enable the secret diag menu there's a howto to enable video in hks have 2 video display ECU type products - HKS CAMp V1 and V2 Fc datalogit doesnt have one but......... Fc tune has this.................. http://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=909182 im on the prototype list, when it comes, will be sure to do a write up / review
  5. no he means at 1.0v what is the pressure ie 1.05kgcm2 at 1.1v what is the pressure and so on 1.15 kgcm2 it would be documented somewhere, not sure where tho you could always use a mulitmeter and linear scale it yourself
  6. why would you pay $10 for it? let alone $110,000
  7. surface & temperature will alter how much traction you get did you drop tyre pressure to 20psi
  8. its pretty hard to pick 5psi vs 7psi on the stock guage let alone on an el cheapo i recommend if you really want to be sure is read the boost pressure at the compressor outlet you may find its 7psi at the compressor outlet, but after the compressor snout it tails off you might find poor intercooler which is causing a pressure drop across the core something doesnt add up, the basics of the GTST give you a 7psi boost
  9. i wonder when my std turbo will die
  10. sounds good will try n come someone remind me
  11. something is wrong, even if you bypass it in correctly, the actuator spring is still 7psi so no matter what you do, the minimum boost is 7psi before it opens where are you measuring 5psi from? what guage? where is the signal coming from? what is the guage displayed as what mods after the compressor outlet? ie: poor intercooler? leaking pipework? poor joiners? mangled vac lines? poor boost guage?
  12. angry nintendo nerd cracks me up this game looks like 8bit barf
  13. that is incorrect as per the nissan service manual where HR32 - A = 0.8 and B = 0.9 kgcm2 which is 0.85kgcm2 (average) which is 12.08 psi BNR32 A = 0.7 and B = 0.8kgmc2 which is 0.75kgcm2 (average) which is 10.66 psi ECR33 manual is 385mmhg which is 7.4446 psi ECR33 auto is 270mmhg which is 5.220 psi BCNR33 A = 0.79kgcm2 and B = 0.85kgc2m which is 0.82kgcm2 (average) which is 11.6 psi if someone can find ER34/BNR34 please let me
  14. which model GTST? auto runs 5psi std and maunal runs 7psi

  16. i know of 2 broken GTST boxes in all the cars ive known one was a wierd anomoloy, the other was Rb26 in ER34 RWD ive been driving mine pretty hard with basic power for 7 years and its fine no mashed cogs, no blow up box, no broky etc the stock box in the GTST i reckon is bulletproof go ask a WRX owner what they think of the std box in the WRX
  17. i think your question is two I was wondering how much boost the R33S2 turbo can actually deliver? I was wondering how much boost the R33S2 turbo can actually deliver efficiently? i suspect they are two different answers as well what good is 37 PSI at the compressor outlet if its inefficient and the intake temp is well past 80deg? efficiency of the std GTST turbos is something that is debated to death over and over some people say 14psi is the limit, some say 12psi and so on its upto you if you think the risk is worth the gain ive had mine on 0.85kgcm2 for about 6 years now and still std unit and 227,000 i wouldnt dare run it at 14psi, i dont think it would be efficienct, and i thinik it would blow the exhaust wheel and risk the motor
  18. how good was the demo launch of win95 plug and play press conference plugs in a printer blue screen
  19. sorry ive just checked and only the compressor is larger on the BNR34 the rear is the same size between BNR34 and BCNR33 but the dumps are bigger on BNR34
  20. if you want to upgrade the stock dumps go for a pair of BNR34 items they are larger and should be a direct fit to your existing stuff
  21. if you want to upgrade BCNR33 dumps, go for a pair of BNR34 dumps but be prepare to pay for them, they arent cheap or see if you can find some xforce ones, and do some research on reviews before buying if you have std turbochargers still the stock ones are probably OK i would focus on the rest of the exhaust if you have a stock GTR with stock everything else to me the power with the GTR is in the ECU + tune, Boost, exhaust and the tune (again) the tune is so important
