when people upgrade wheel sizes, they generaly also reduce the profile so that the rolling diameter is still the same - wouldn't think a tyre company would recommend incresing the overall diameter but even if the overall diameter is the same, then the 19s are probably going to weight a bit more than the stock 16s due to there needing to be more material to make up the larger rim. This would increase rotating mass and thus reduce power transmission through the wheels...

R33.. series 1 or 2? if its a series 1 i wouldn't say any more than 13k... after all they're the new commodore these days

after using mine once, i will always have the spare in there...

i tried this "mod" and ended up with a car that stalled at cold starts and low rpm.. if you want to remove the speed limiter, get the ECU re-written...

mercury motorsport are expensive... in some respects you get what you pay for (ie dyno tune) but for a service, you don't need to know a skyline to change oil etc...

i'd suggest not getting a boost gauge unless you are running more than 1bar or 14.3psi - don't wast your money and its actually 7.6 on the gauge that is equivalent to 1 bar, not 7

try a search, mate 0 is the beginning of making boost, and an R33 should make it to about +3.5ish on the stock gauge, which is about 7psi

by definition, series 1.5 would have to be a transition between the series 1 and 2 (like a 95/96 model) that blended in the differences this whole series 1.5 thing is stupid - your car is a 93 model so its a series 1. simple as that. nissan didn't advertise a series 1.5 (or did they? - i'm happy to be proven wrong) my bet is that you have a series 1 with some nice optional extras. you might even have a special edition something or other with the active diff, but at the end of the day its still a series 1 as its a 93 model every man and his dog these days is trying to claim their series 1 as a series 1.5 to make it that little bit more special and its got my goat someone prove me wrong, or leave this whole series 1.5 thing forever... get a water sprayer bottle and fill it with water and a little bit of dishwashing liuqid then spray it over your intake pipes... you will see if tere is a vaccum leak or not

well its an aftermarket colour yet he has claimed "accident free" so i would check that out first if not then make up anyway that you can see accident damage to try and bargain with him

agreed on that, there is definately a diffrent composition of the fules. I'm sure there is some sort of patent (or whatever legal crap covers their secret formula) on optimax etc. - they all have the same RON rating, but different compositions for sure

agreed - one tank won't kill you i was referring the situation of someone using it every time, even if they had access to 98 RON premium...
